I was not pleased at all with what I ordered. I explained exactly why and I was very kindly instructed on how to return something that had been customized for my height. Very, very impressed and even with being so disappointed with the original ordering process and what I received, after such great customer service, I will definitely look at placing another order in the future. Thank you. It is extremely rare to have any customer service these days yet alone fantastic customer service. You truly are a class act!

I'm 157cm tall (roughly 5'1-5'2) and petite (size AU 4/US 0) so I purchased this dress since I really struggle to find clothing that fits properly without tailoring! The only downside has been that the dress still sits a bit longer on me than I had anticipated. I had ordered the length shown on the model but even with a heel on, it's a bit longer on me.
That being said, I won't be returning it because everything else is fantastic. I bought this with long sleeves and length as I'm travelling soon to a modest country and needed something that covered everything but still looked good. With the cuffs on the arm I can still adjust them to be shorter for when I'm at home and can keep the sleeve higher. The pockets are great, the fabric is GORGEOUS and there are even clips on the inside of the dress (to hold bra straps) which is a nice touch.
Overall, very satisfied with the dress!

I have made dozens of purchases from eShakti over the last few years. Great value for somewhat customized sizes. Obviously really like the product since I've ordered so much but only 4 of the 7 dresses were shipped to me this time. In the email it shows the 3 that are still "in progress" but in my account on the website it acts like the entire order is complete. Furthermore, I emailed a few days ago about the outstanding items and have not heard back.
I love shopping with Eshakti. The clothes take a little longer to get to me, but they're exceptionally made and fit perfectly. I love that i can customize designs to get exactly what I want and receive truly timeless, classic items. Would recommend to anyone looking to enhance their wardrobe with tried-and-true staples that fit perfectly.

Bought 5 shirts. When 3 were ready to ship, I was happy to see they were sent to me while the remaining were being made. One did not fit, in which they were very quick to give me my choice of stew credit. Customer service is great!

I ordered 2 dresses. One of them, I love, perfect color, fit, style, great quality. The other one fit really well and is a nice quality, but the color is substantially different from the picture and the description. The picture online looks like a vivid orange and is called orange, but in reality, it is what I would call a dusty rose. I will be returning it. I will be ordering more dresses from this company as I am very satisfied with the fit, quality, and style. I will just be extra careful with the colors in the future.
