I ordered four tops for work after feeling frustrated with what I was able to find locally. I am a middle school teacher and need modest, professional-looking clothing. The tops all fit very well--I did do the custom fit option and sent my measurements. The fabrics are beautiful, and I love wearing clothing that has originality and personality. The garments are well-sewn, and I LOVE the way they look. The price was very reasonable, far less than I would have paid for similar tops (even if I were able to find them) at a boutique or even at a mall. I plan to grow my eShakti wardrobe!

I've made multiple purchases recently that all had to be returned- it seems like the quality has gone down. The return process is expensive and takes a long time- refunds have all been in the form of gift cards so I keep trying to get items that will work, but having to pay shipping both ways means that I'm spending a lot of money trying to get items that work for me. I'm thinking of just giving up on the money I've already spent and keeping the last items I got to be done with it.

I ordered a dress near the end of July. My order timeline states to be shipped on or before August 15th. On August 15th it said "still in cutting phase". I reached out to customer service twice to find out if it would arrive before September 1 as I have an out of state wedding that weekend. No response. None. I want to cancel the order of it won't and get my money back, but they refuse to respond. I'm hoping I don't have this much trouble with my return!

MY CLOTHES NEVER ARRIVED.

Fit is a little off, a little big, both bodice and arm width. The build around the shantung layer and the fold across the chest has a plastic sticky piece to it, not sure that's necessary. It makes a pucker that I'm not able to smooth out with steam or iron. The color of the floral stitching is not a good match to the shantung layer or the combined black mesh overlay with the shantung. It's a little purple and with a camera flash it shows but would probably do okay in dim lighting.

I don't think I will buy from eShkati or recommend them to any one! Its been almost a month since I placed an order! Was NOT a customized order! Just a default one! I haven't heard from them since! I don't know where my order is. I emailed them once, they responded " still under process." In general everything about this business is cloudy!

I got my dress and it is gorgeous! I was a little worried because ordering online is a crapshoot. It's my first time ordering from Eshakti... so... I ordered my dress much larger than needed incase it was horrible and I needed alterations.
It arrived earlier than expected... and to my delight, It is so well made! My problem is now it's too big and I have to get alterations (Eshakti offers that for free but the wedding I need the dress for is 2 weeks away) I took it to a seamstress and she was even shocked by how wonderfully it was made and asked where I got it from. I altered the length, I altered the fabric for the dress design, it was a cut out back and I asked to just have a closed back... they dud everything I asked for.
I will now be a customer for life. So impressed. :)
