The site is a little overwhelming, but the number of options is also very exciting. As a short, plus-sized woman with sensory issues, being able to customize length, neckline, etc. is a dream come true!

Okay I don't review much but given I ordered a gown online, I was nervous about what I was going to get and if it would fit.
I received this today and was amazed at how absolutely stunning this dress is. The quality was so much better than I could have dreamed especially for the price.
The nicest part, for me, is that it's floor length (as a gown should be). I'm 5'10 so that's hard to find. I'll be recommending this company to everyone.

Love the ability to customize at reasonable prices. It would be nice to be able to edit an item directly from the shopping cart, rather than have to go back and find the original item and re-do it.

Also, it was a little difficult to navigate/figure out how to submit a re-make request. Not straightforward from the "orders" page, which you would expect.

I love the customization options. Never had an experience like that before. The customer care service also was a great experience. I'd forgot to switch two numbers from cm into inches and customer service reached out to me to check and confirm the numbers.

Super fast. I love how you are able to customize the arm and dress length. I tried it on really quickly just to make sure it would zip and my arms would fit. I'll provide a better review once I wear it

I like the dress and have had positive comments. The only problem is the length, but I need to wear right away and will have t take care of length myself.

My total went from 123 to 140 after i hit pay. Weird

The website is easy to use to place orders. Service is great and they make returns super easy. Love the idea of being able to customize sleeve length and skirt length. I am small and short waisted so love bracelet length sleeves and skirts just above the knee. They are sometimes hard to find.

I love that I can order clothing to fit me. It's great to be able to tweak a dress to look the way I want! I like that I can change the neckline, the sleeve length, and the total length of the dress. I like that it is made to my measurements. I am very happy with the way it looks on me.

Helpful measurement guides easy to use but I thing I erred on the side of rounding up which resulted in a baggy fit.
