Delivered fast, quality product, hem is about 14 inches long than I would like it.
This is fine, and really my fault for not understanding these fits, but customer service has been non-existent. I reached out to get some alterations made, and have heard nothing back.

There have been a few items which were not quite right and after sending detailed photos they were all remade and replaced faster than I thought possible, and I am in Canada. I'm surprised that a reviewer in Canada said they had to pay for postage? It is true that return labels are not possible due to Canada's customs regulations, but because of eshakti's Fit Guarantee I have never had to actually physically return a dress, but am just told to pass it on or remake it into something else. I've never promoted a company so much to strangers but I get so many compliments whenever I'm wearing one of their dresses I can't help it.
I ordered two custom fit dresses and one was perfect and I love everything about it. The other fit oddly and I didn't like the fabric as much in person. It was very easy to return and I got a gift card in exchange that will use to buy another dress. I LOVE that there are pockets on all the dresses and that I can customize them.
