Experience so far has been fine, but dress wasn't wearable as it is not made to account for broad shoulders when trying to put on and take off. I'll leave final judgement when I see about returning.

First, let me say that I love the items that I have received from eShakti. I have ordered multiple times with good results. This time, unfortunately, I placed an order 3/25 and it should have arrived 20 days post the order. I always allow a week or so, just incase something happens. This time, I have reached out multiple times with no response. The items are for my recital, graduation, and party. I am now 1 week away and I still do not have the items. Also, I noticed my delivery date was updated and that date was missed. I don't know what to do and I hate to cancel because I love the clothes, but this is an incredible inconvenience.
