So disappointing. The sleeves are too short by a few inches - I ordered off the rack, not custom, although I did provide my height. The pile should be facing down, not up, so the fabric appears wavy in photos. The placket gaps and droops in between each snap

EShakti's designers are offering a huge selection; there generally are multiple colors available, and being able to change aspects of a garment to make it fit and flatter an individual is beyond wonderful. I now look at other garments while shopping and am disappointed that I can't make them just right for me. Beyond all of that, the prices are incredibly reasonable and items arrive very quickly, considering they are made for you and are shipped thousands of miles. EShakti is a superior garment shopping choice that comes close to bespoke clothing at a fraction of the price.
