The site is a little complicated to navigate, but finally got through it. After I ordered, and hadn't heard anything about the progress of my item, I emailed to get an update. I emailed twice over a one-week period, and never heard back until *after* I received a partial shipment a week later. I think all customer email should be answered in 48 hours.
