Still haven't received my dress after a month! Response is horrible, takes days for response and information is vague and unhelpful. Still no dress. Had to buy another for the wedding because it didn't arrive in time even though I ordered in plenty of time. And I had to inquire about my order only to be told it was delayed, would not have been told if I didn't ask.
Eshakti is one of my favorite sites to order from. If you customize a garment, you have to be patient and realize it's being made custom for you, but every item I've ordered has been a 100% win. I recommend it to all my friends and they've had nothing but positive experiences also!
