I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. Twice now my orders have not been processed in a timely manner, there has been no communication of delays or an apology for failing to produce the ordered items in the timeline they originally specified. To add insult to injury, 2.5 months later, 2 phone calls, and 3 emails later, still no refund or verification of order cancellation. They are basically taking your money without filling your orders. Stay away!

I haven't been able to find other stores/sites that can offer me such an awesome range of choices that meet my style, and need for POCKETS and longer length. Quality is fair for the price, you can't always expect the best zipper or perfect symmetry at a value.

The delivery estimates are questionable...having ordered from eShakti a few times and only have shipping happen after I reach out, I'm skeptical. But I've always gotten my order and it has been exactly what I ordered.

I think everyone should know about this company. I am preparing for a special vacation, and the only worry was what I would wear until I remembered Eshakti. I got almost my entire holiday wardrobe made just the way I wanted it. The clothes are so cute and well made I feel like a princess! I even had a couple of returns, and it was absolutely easy. Thank you for helping to make my trip that much more enjoyable. I'll never forget it.

11/5/23 ordered 2 items, but received only 1 on 12/28/23. Several emails and Better Business Bureau contacts later, I still have not received the item or a refund. BTW, Eshakti did tell the BBB that they would refund my money—as of today,2/16/24, I have received nothing. From reviews and different social media posts, it is obvious there has been a decline in the company's quality of product and service. They lost a customer.

I have a diverse family to mask; a beefy teacher in his 50's, a petite 10 yr old, two teenagers, and myself. I've sourced several options for my daughters, and my husband, all of them with varying success and minimal longevity. Eshakti has managed to mask my entire family with functional and comfortable
Options. The neck strap is fantastic, the designs and fabric options are phenomenal. The prints can be fun and sophisticated!
We just ordered 6 more, and can't wait fir their arrival. You won't be disappointed!

This was my first order, and I will be back. The site offers a broad range of customizable designs in very appealing fabrics (cotton!). I love the FX visualizer and custom-size option. The site made it very easy for me to narrow my selections, settle on the item I wanted, and order. Delivery was much faster than expected, and the product I received is excellent quality and fits beautifully. Thank you!

Ordered as my mother-of-the-bride gown (for Oct. 2022). First time ordering from eShakti... I was nervous but so glad I took the chance! I cannot believe I could personalize the styling, received gown within 2 weeks and it was PERFECT! *I did not do customized fit; I chose a size from the sizing chart and gave my height.

I ordered a white non-customized blouse one month ago for a special event with expected delivery in 15-19 day. There has been no response to emails or phone calls. The money, however, was taken out of my bank account the day after my order was submitted. I will never order from this company again nor refer it to any friends. Extremely disappointed.

I have not received a response to multiple emails and voice-mails requesting an update on an order that was supposed to be delivered on 2/16/24. I've ordered items in the past without an issue but cannot get any assistance with my order. I am contacting my bank to dispute the charges. This is very frustrating. You've lost a customer. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This is theft. I'm very disappointed.

Although a couple of the styles I ordered don't suit me, all of the items are beautifully tailored, with attention to detail. I get complements every time I wear my eShakti dresses, and my friends can hardly believe that they were custom made at such reasonable prices. Thank you!

I have ordered three times. Every item is of high quality! Well tailored to my specific measurements. I'm in love with this service. Only complaint is some of the dress silhouettes are too wide at the hips. It's the dress design, not the custom tailoring. It's just hard to gage that the silhouette is that wide by the pictures sometimes. Thats really my only minor critique. Ends up feeling like too much fabric on bottom part of the dress. Otherwise perfect!

I placed an order for 3 dresses, received confirmation they were to arrive no later than December 23,2023. As of today, Jan 25,2024, I still do not have my order. I've called eShakti's customer service numerous times, always have to leave a message; I've also emailed their CS numerous times. The only response I received was from "Diana" who stated they were experiencing fabric flaws - she did not give me any time frame as to when I'd receive my order. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company EVER!

The styles I have chosen are very basic… shift, empire, and shirtdress (straight hem). I love that the material is 100 % cotton, particularly poplin. The quality is very nice. Although, I'd like to see solid, rich tones…amber, brown, deep purple. They're customer service is very friendly and helpful, especially when I ordered 2 different sizes… I like to wear loose fitting clothes. They contacted me to make sure I wanted the 2 sizes. However, the shipping charges are a little high. Great product.

I was nervous ordering as I know enough about sewing garments that anything made with woven cotton requires exact sizing. If it isn't just so it will not look right no matter what you do. I put aside my worries and took a chance on three dresses, They all have different designs. I specified my height, the length of the dresses I was looking for and requested even further changes to every dress I ordered (neckline, sleeves, etc). When I received them, they fit perfectly. The craftsmanship was excellent. I will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

I'm glad this company exists, it makes shopping easier. Especially when you have a curvy body. My jeans are great, the shirts I ordered aren't what I expected though. I thought I could wear polyester but it turns out it's just not for me, The other one just doesn't look good on me with that style. But I will be ordering again! The process was simple, relatively fast, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. I recommend this website.

I placed an order in Oct that wasn't delivered until 3 months later. It was of unacceptable quality and not made according to my specifications. I was told it would be reworked and the correct garments sent, but in mid February, I'm still waiting. EShakti has stopped communicating with me. I used to love this company but they are not going to have my business or recommendation going forward

I've ordered many dresses from eShakti, and have never had a bad experience. The garments are well made, fit perfectly, and are super comfortable. The ability to customize fit and style makes them a value that you really cant match anywhere else. The delivery times have actually gotten significantly better over time.

I got my dress with an altered neckline! The dress came quickly, in about two weeks. The neckline pulls the pin tucks out of line a little bit and I'm not sure if that's because of the alteration or because I took my own measurements. Definitely get a friend to help with your measurements! They provide a measuring tape in your order so that was a nice bonus. Overall I love the dress and will wear it often!

I have searched for a company that make clothing long enough for me and fit a women with curves! Eshakti is it! I purchased a dress for my son's wedding! The first dress did not fit exactly as I wanted, I took pictures sent notes of issues and they replaced it free! They also made notations of the changes and even ask me to measure with the shoes on that I would wear to the wedding so it was the perfect length! The second dress was Perfect! Can't beat the customization for the price! Once they have your size/pattern adjusted your good to go! Just make sure for a special events, you order in advance shipping takes 15 to 20 days and you want to allow time for returns and adjustments if needed! I highly recommend this company!

My custom ordered dress fit perfectly with the new neckline, sleeves, and length I chose. When I contacted customer service about alternate fabrics available, they quickly and kindly found two other fabric choices for me. In the end, I chose the original navy fabric. It is a beautiful dress.

I have been purchasing clothing from eShakti for years now. I was never disappointed with any of my orders. My clothing are well made, materials are exceptionally great quality. The designers do a fantastic job creating these magnificent clothing. I love their unusual and sometimes exotic colors, it bring the clothing Alive!
I am always proud to step out in one of your dresses with confidence. Thank you all!

E Shakti claimed that the material for my dress did not arrive. I learned by enquiring myself a week before my special event. No refund was ever given despite assurances.

I'm pleased that I was introduced with eShakti in Saudi Arabia. The experience regarding sizing (personalized or standard) is refreshing. Women's bodies change - in every season, stage of their lives, and manufacturing industries should acknowledge, purposefully adhere to the various needs, because if these needs are met women will buy the products.
Hence I'm on my 6+ dress! (I'm at a maxi length stage!) Do well!

Sizing was off on the dresses I purchased and needed to request returns.
