Never sent anything, never responded to any attempts to contact them. Multiple reviews say this is a trend starting this year. Had to submit a case with PayPal to get my money back since I could not contact them
EShakti used to be an amazing for beautiful custom-made clothing at a reasonable price. Those days are over. Now the wait times are forever long, they don't seem to care about your business, they don't answer their email, and they don't take their customer seriously. They're great if they actually get you clothes ever but wait times are months long and they don't seem to be in the business of doing that lately. I think that they're moving over towards a manufacturing model rather than a retail one which is really sad.
I placed and paid for an order in March 2024 after 2 months I emailed asking about order. I was told they were having issues with fabric and the order was delayed for that reason. After 13 weeks I asked the order be cancelled and that I be refunded. The order was cancelled June 21 and I've never heard from eShakti again. I call daily, there is no answer so I leave a message and I email frequently as well, with no reply. It's disappointing that I have nothing to show for the $457.46 USD I paid eShakti. I'm hoping this review will get their attention.
I've bought twice now a bunch of face masks from them, love the adjustable ear straps, nose wire and neck band! They are high quality and once shipped it comes within days even though international! And they have GREAT customer service. I had a couple masks in my second order that the elastic came shorter and didn't fit my dads larger head, so they sent replacements very quickly! So happy with them. Also price is great and they had deals for b5 g1 free! Will be recommending to everyone.
8 weeks later I finally received most of my order. The dresses were beautiful. The problem is it's extremely difficult to get any resolution since they can not answer emails in a timely matter (it took 3 weeks to get a reply), and their call center is useless as well.
I ordered a dress beginning of February 2024. I received no communication at all. I just cancelled my order because they still dont have the fabric. This is the second time i have had issues and their customer service is awful. Very slow response phone calls are not returned or answered. I have been a customer for many years. Their dresses are great if you can get it made and sent to you. Also when measuring if you want it to fit tight then give exact measurements. If you want movement room add some space on your measurements.
I ordered a dress for a friend's wedding roughly two months in advance. The expected delivery was several weeks before the wedding. After the estimated delivery time passed, I sent three emails over two weeks asking if there was an updated delivery date. They responded to none of these emails. A few days before my friend's wedding, I bought another dress and I sent a final email asking for a refund. At this point, they finally gave me an updated delivery date (well-passed the wedding). I'll update when/if I get that refund but given their customer service, I'm suspecting I'll have to dispute it on my credit card...
Despite the issues, I've had with irregular sizing at times. I really like Eshakti and will continue ordering from them. There really isn't another company who offers the range of customization's they do!
Ordering is simple but they missed the delivery deadline by 10 calendar days resulting in me having to purchase additional outfits. Then 1 of the garments was so poorly made I don't think anyone can the Jersey knit top. The belt for the blue polka dot dress didn't match the side I ordered either.

I placed an order in March 2024. At the end of July 2024 I canceled the order because Eshakti refused to fill even the part of it that was finished. I still haven't received a refund. This is criminal behavior.
After waiting for 2 months, I cancelled my order because I was told that it would take an extra 4 to 6 weeks to complete but I have not been reimbursed.
I was told it would take 10 days to get my money back but one month later, I am still waiting and no one is answering my calls, returning them or answering my emails.
I placed an order for 2 items from them on Mar 2nd. I did not request any customizations in my order. In June my order had still not been fulfilled and the order status was still at pattern creation. 3 times I requested my order to be cancelled both on line through customer service and telephone messaging (phone went to voicemail after on hold waiting for a representative for some time). My cancelation was processed and I received an email assuring me a refund would be issued at the end of June. It is now August 8th and I have not yet received the refund for $277. I have made numerous attempts to contact and request my refund with no response from the company.
I ordered a dress on June 3rd and have yet to receive it. I have emailed the company twice, left a message on Facebook, and tried to call 3 times with no luck. I would like my dress promptly or my money back. Not pleased. :(

This business claimed to not have black fabric for months on end. Finally four months late, they offered to cancel and refund the $180+ for the dresses. They have not refunded me anything and stopped relying to emails. Truly awful.

This place has gone downhill fast. I placed my order MONTHS ago, with no updates or information regarding the slowdown. I reported my case to the Better Business Bureau, and I still got no reply from eShakti. As of June, eShakti has lost its good standing with the BBB. I will now pursue a claim against eShakti with PayPal for my refund, as eShakti has NO intention on returning my money.
My order was placed on 05/14/24 but has been sitting in fabric creation status, and it is now 06/24/24. Eshakti customer service contacted me about 1week after my order was placed and told me they needed my measurements because my waist (which I provided separately) did not go with size. Understand I'd been a customer who's ordered many dresses since 2011,and never had an issue with size or shipping. I provided my measurements the same day and was responded to within a week stating my order was in process. However, since then no change has been made in status. I've called them, but they don't answer, so I've left messages with no response. I've emailed them several times, both through my email and their site email, and still no response. Finally I sent an email to cancel my order and get refunded. Up until today, 06/25/24, there has been no response. I want my money back and will never shop with them again or recommend their services.
Placed an order for a dress on April 28. I requested for an update on May 23. I received a response saying it's delayed. There's a manufacturing defect. I requested for a cancellation. By May 30, I received an email that a refund is being processed. I filed a complaint against eshakti with BBB on June 11. As of June 26, refund status is still being processed. Eshakti is a scam. Don't trust the positive reviews in the past. Go to bbb and see all the scams this site has recently accomplished.

Answer: I have been ordering the standard sizes and they are true to the measurements posted. No matter what you put in your height, so the length is always spot on.
Answer: Purchase a dress that is made with the knit fabric. It is flexible and much more loose feeling than the other fabrics. If you do decide to add inches to the measurement, I recommend only adding 1-2 inches AND only add those inches where you like it loser. For example, measure your arms true to size unless you like it a bit lose. Measure your waist true to size unless that is where you like it a bit lose. But honestly, I think you will find the knit dresses to be the best if you dislike tight fitting clothing! I also am not a fan and those are the dresses I wear most often! I have bought other styles, so I have other fabrics to compare it to.

Even adding a deisgn I requested to Fabric Customisation. Winning! I have only had to return 1 dress and it was easy and I got a full refund. I am in Sydney, Australia and my orders always arive in 10-14 days without fail. You can track the progress of your order online.
Answer: From my experience, In most cases the products are made in the featured color and fabric. There are some items that are offered in different colors on the site. As for the daughter, I suggest using the measurement chart and submitting it to see if it can be accomplished.
