Why promise a delivery date at all?
Why keep advertising, having specials, etc if you are so backed up?
Something has to change or your original loyal customers will desert you.
It should not take 2 months for one pair of pants-and no they are not denim.

This was a good company. Since January 2023 orders have not been received, customer service isn't returning emails, phone calls, or Facebook messages. There are many facebook posts on their site from angry customers.
My order ******* was placed in January, it was supposed to arrive by 2/15/23. I've placed 3 email inquiries, 2 phone calls and on FB DM so far no one from Eshakti has answered with an updated shipment date or a reason the product is delayed. Like many people, the dress I ordered was for a special event.

Eshakti keeps running 40% off sales though, so it looks like they are collecting as much money as they can before they close shop. Hilariously I get a site jabber email, asking if I've received my order.

I was nervous ordering as I know enough about sewing garments that anything made with woven cotton requires exact sizing. If it isn't just so it will not look right no matter what you do. I put aside my worries and took a chance on three dresses, They all have different designs. I specified my height, the length of the dresses I was looking for and requested even further changes to every dress I ordered (neckline, sleeves, etc). When I received them, they fit perfectly. The craftsmanship was excellent. I will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

Dresses were delivered so long after the promised date they missed my extra planned safety window and the event they were purchased for. Zero communication despite repeated emails and calls until today, when they responded to my bad feedback survey saying I should be happy they shipped now (not kidding). Given others recent terrible experiences, not a company I would ever buy from again.

I've purchased multiple times over the past few years, and only once had an issue (which was quickly resolved). I love the dresses and designs, and the option to customize sizing (I'm tall, with a long torso and a short waist, so it's phenomenal to have dresses that hit me just right). I've also bought rack sizes and their size chart is true to inches, unlike many online retailers. I will definitely keep ordering from eShakti and encouraging friends to do so!

I placed an order in early October 2023 with a "guaranteed" delivery by October 31. It's now November 12 and I have no received even shipping notification. My order has been sittings at completed but not shipped for 3 weeks. I purchased these items for an event on November 17 which had appeared to be safely outside the delivery window. I am completely unimpressed with the lack of communication from Eshakti- notification of the delay and updated delivery expectations should have been sent in October when they failed to meet deadlines.

I was recommended to this site by a friend and she was surprised at my negative experience. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this website.

Unfortunately eshakti is now a SCAM, your order will be delayed and nonsensical messages will be sent like "there was a delayed due to a quality issue, we are working on it and let you know when is ready" and that's it, you won't receive any assistance, real solution or refund from this website after several weeks. If you made the mistake of ordering here recently just use your credit card company to claim back the payment otherwise your money is gone!

I have a diverse family to mask; a beefy teacher in his 50's, a petite 10 yr old, two teenagers, and myself. I've sourced several options for my daughters, and my husband, all of them with varying success and minimal longevity. Eshakti has managed to mask my entire family with functional and comfortable
Options. The neck strap is fantastic, the designs and fabric options are phenomenal. The prints can be fun and sophisticated!
We just ordered 6 more, and can't wait fir their arrival. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered three items from eShakti, and when they arrived the quality was not as advertised. I returned all three in new condition in the same box according to eShakti's refund policy. After multiple e-mails trying to receive my refund, I was notified today that two items were finally being refunded. What about the third one? EShakti, if you'd like to remedy this, issue a full refund for order # ******* immediately.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I've been tricked so many times from online merchants, I was very skeptical, but I took, yet another chance and purchased a jumpsuit I saw from this company. It was promptly shipped, well packaged and met every expectation I had. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will customize your purchase just for you. Your size, height, and preference is considered when ordering from this company. Their merchandise is affordable and they carry a wide-range of styles to suit the most discriminating taste.

I have not received a response to multiple emails and voice-mails requesting an update on an order that was supposed to be delivered on 2/16/24. I've ordered items in the past without an issue but cannot get any assistance with my order. I am contacting my bank to dispute the charges. This is very frustrating. You've lost a customer. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This is theft. I'm very disappointed.

I love every article of clothing I have purchased from eShakti. I even purchased my wedding dress there after being a loyal customer for multiple years! First time buyers should pay close attention to measurement and fabric details and be aware that the shipping takes some time. I know when I order something, it's not going to be here the next day, and I am content waiting as I am always satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered two dresses from eShakti on January 11,2023 with an expected delivery date of January 30,2023. Currently as of today February 8,2023 my order has not even been processed but the money has been charged to my credit card. Calling customer service (they will not answer, but will only allow you to leave a message) and emailing multiple times have not resulted in any communication from them. As a side note, I ordered from them in October 2021 and did not have a problem whatsoever with that order. I would love to know what is going on this time.

When I placed my order, I received a confirmation email informing me my order would arrive on or before 5/15/22. As of 5/25/22 it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed customer service several times and still no reply. I've asked if the order was shipped or if there is a tracking number. I just had to run out and purchase a dress for a wedding this weekend since it's clear I won't be getting my order from eShakti in time. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. Very disappointing.

I think everyone should know about this company. I am preparing for a special vacation, and the only worry was what I would wear until I remembered Eshakti. I got almost my entire holiday wardrobe made just the way I wanted it. The clothes are so cute and well made I feel like a princess! I even had a couple of returns, and it was absolutely easy. Thank you for helping to make my trip that much more enjoyable. I'll never forget it.
