Being able to customise things like sleeve type and length is what really sets you apart. And in my most recent order, I customised fabrics as well and I am just OVER THE MOON with the results. They have an excellent wide variety of items. So many good choices it was hard to pick one. I absolutely LOVE that you can enter your own measurements and change the style of the dresses. Took a chance ordering from this website and was very skeptical but they offered a great discount as a first time buyer so I ordered. While you can customize the clothing by changing fabric, neckline and sleeves, and actually input your measurements for you to have a truly custom dress, I used the measurement chart and ordered one of their presized dresses with no customization. They do ask for your height so the length is always made to measure. The order took about 2.5 weeks which was within the timeframe they had advised. I received it yesterday and couldnt be more delighted with the product. It was boxed in a way to minimize wrinkling and it was a perfect fit. I immediately ordered another and this time took a chance and changed sleeves and neckline. I cant wait for my new dress to arrive. This exceeded my expectations and I have a really beautiful dress to wear.

I've ordered 4 dresses from this site and returned two because they weren't really my style. I actually do plan to order more from this site in the future, but the return process has been incredibly slow. They ask for a couple weeks, but they don't send an email when my item reaches them. So I'm just stuck wondering if my return is even being processed. Both times I've had to email them after 3 weeks only to get a response that I'll receive my refund in a couple days. I feel like I have to remind the billing department that I'm waiting... It's very frustrating. BUT I love the dresses I've kept.
