So pleased with my dress! I did a custom fit and adjusted the styling and the dress arrived exactly as I'd imagined, and fits like a glove. Finishing details are excellent, colour exactly as it appeared online etc - I couldn't be more pleased.

Overall - 4.5 stars! I am returning the shirt b/c I need one size larger, so I appreciate the pre-paid return label. The customer service person I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant - quite a nice surprise! I look forward to purchasing other eshakti items in the future.
I finally found a site that is true to their word and clothing items. I have worn my clothes and when I get to my destination everyone ask where did you get that from? I love that dress! I get so many compliments on what I have purchased from eShakti.
I can not praise this company enough. I needed a dress and I kinda (7/8 days before my event) waited last minute because I didn't have the money sooner. I explained this to them, knowing they probably couldn't fulfill my request because it was such short notice, but hey, you don't know If you don't ask. At first they emailed me right away and said they were sorry but couldn't fulfill my order in that time frame, which I COMPLETELY understood. Well... imagine my surprise when 2 days after that email, FedEx knocked on my door... with my dress... a day sooner then when I needed it! I was not home and I have to pick up my dress from FedEx, so I'm not sure about the dress itself. But based solely on how they took care of me, they have a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and buy from this company. I'll come back tomorrow to review my dress. Which based on how they've treated me thus far, i KNOW it'll be fabulous!
EShakti had perfect unique dress for my taste to wear to a wedding, which I came across thanks to an instagram ad... but by the time I discovered it, I had very little time to get it before the wedding, and they could not guarantee it's arrival in time. I got extremely lucky (or they worked some magic for me), and it arrived a full 5 days in advance!
Not only that, but since you can choose to have the dress made with your own personal measurements, it fits PERFECTLY. It's extremely flattering, even on my tummy (problem area for me), and I loved that I was able to choose from a number of different lengths for the dress, different sleeve lengths, etc. And the dress has pockets! And the style is so perfect, I couldn't find anything remotely close anywhere else online. I can't wait to buy the whole "celestial" category now!
I am astounded at the speed of delivery, the quality of the sewing, and the fit of my dress that was made to measurements. The dress is beautiful! It arrived neatly folded in a protective box. I put it on, and thought: "It's like it was made for me!" and then realized that of course, it WAS made just for me. I will definitely buy from eShakti again. I hope the skilled people who create the garments are well compensated! I could not make this dress myself as quickly or for such a good price.

I've ordered a special dress for my daughter's wedding, (winter London wedding) it arrived very quickly... ordered 27/May arrived 20/June... I used their custom made service and wow does this dress fit beautifully, I absolutely love it!
It has a beaded embellishment and they even attached a little bag of extra beads just in case you ever lose any! I love love love the deep pockets with beading around them, (dresses with side pockets are as rare as hens teeth!)
The bodice is doubled material and the finish is really professional.
Customer service is awesome and friendly.
This isn't the first dress I've ordered from eShakti, and it certainly won't be the last.
The photos I've taken don't do it justice and I'd like to post a photo of me wearing it at the wedding this December... as when it's actually on, the cut and design swirl and move and look very nice indeed, I can't wait!

I ordered from eShakti for the first time some weeks ago. I was able to share my measurements with them, and picked the length of sleeve, the neckline & length of the skirt. I received the order today & have to say that I am delighted! The items fit my ample body perfectly & comfortably! Nothing pinches, nor pulls. My flaws are nicely camouflaged & I now have dresses that are suitable for a woman of my age & yet are stylish. I am so happy with my experience with this business!

I am a mother of the bride that dislikes mother of the bride dresses. I am a robust plus size to boot. I ordered two dresses, both with a couple of customizations. The dresses arrived within 2 1/2 weeks, and both fit like a glove. The only problem is that I don't know which one to wear.
As a short, overweight woman I never liked wearing off-the-shelf dresses, but then I discovered eShakti and now I LOVE wearing dresses. I've ordered about 15 (and counting) and they all fit perfectly. Take your measurements once and the system saves them so any further purchase is easy. The quality is perfect (I only order cotton dresses so I can't say anything about the polyester ones though). Will order again, will always recommend :-)

Custom clothes for a wonderful price and great quality. And I got my stuff so quickly -- admittedly a partial part of an order, but it was a large one, so I was really happy. Super impressed. I always get compliments from friends when I wear their stuff.
One note: I never have them put in pockets: I've found that it throws off the sizing for me.
