I am continually impressed with the dresses I order from this site. It's so, so hard, as a larger woman, to find clothes that are cut well, and are not absolutely hideous. I love that I can customize any of the dresses to fit my body - I get compliments constantly on my eShakti dresses, and I sing their praises to anyone who will listen. I honestly don't know what I would do without eShakti. It is nice their designs are accessible to everyone, and anyone can feel confident and well-dressed.

PRO TIP: Do be sure to have someone else take your measurements, and take all of them. It makes such a difference!

A friend of mine turned me onto this site for the customization aspect and I cannot thank her enough. Just the fact that you can redesign the neckline, the sleeves and the length is fantastic! Plus, all the dresses automatically come with pockets, which I love. The other thing I love is the quality of the clothes: always beautiful fabrics and perfectly assembled for an amazing fit. Not to mention how it's shipped... the clothes are folded with tissue paper to decrease wrinkling. Really wonderful! I've ordered at least a dozen items and am never disappointed. Plus, the compliments I receive (from women AND men) make me feel even prettier. I cannot recommend this site high enough!

I don't normally buy dresses on line but I was intrigued by the ad and the prices, particularly for formal wear. I had my first dress made to measure and when it arrived I was actually stunned at how beautiful it looked. It looked just like the picture and fit perfectly. I really loved the pockets and the ability to chose the length and neckline. I wore it to a wedding and I got tons of compliments and it was really comfortable. I bought shoes to match and then, in an attempt to use those same shoes, I bought a second dress. It also arrived promptly and fit well. Even though I had picked the neckline I realized I did not like it on and the company resent me a second one with a different neckline, no questions asked. I would definitely use them again.

For whatever reason, Sitejabber is dating this review from 2019. Because I ordered and favorably reviewed eShakti in 2019. However, in 2023, I ordered 4 dresses in mid-March 2023. I received 3 of the dresses mid-April. The email confirmation stated the 4th dress was "to be shipped." The fact is they don't have the fabric I ordered for this dress, which is why they have not sent it. But here we are it is almost June and I cannot get a hold of ANYONE at the company in spite of may attempts to contact someone there. All I get are "auto response we will get back to you" and I never hear from anyone. Their policy is to refund for dress orders that cannot be filled due to lack of fabric ordered, among other reasons. I used to recommend them freely to my friends. Now, I'm embarrassed I recommended them to anyone. I hope no one listens to my recommendation and orders from them. Their service is TERRIBLE.

I ordered 2 dresses with low expectations because it was my first order and wasn't sure how it would be. But the return policy is good so I went for it! I didn't do any customizing on either dress because my measurements were close enough to a size on the chart. They arrived sooner than expected, packaged very well, included a free measure tape as a gift, and the dresses are AMAZING. I'm not really sure why people are saying there are fake reviews on here, that's a bold statement. Maybe their bad reviews are fake. Because I was thoroughly impressed with the quality, fit and style of the 2 I ordered. I wore one for the first time over the weekend and felt like it was a show stopper. I got so many compliments. It was the cotton candy looking flowy dress that has white stars on it, ombre print. Amazing dress. I walked around the house in it just gasping. That's how pretty it is. I love the idea of being able to change the style on dresses and customize it, it's brilliant. Wish I had thought of it. I will be ordering here from now on out and have told a ton of my friends about it. Can't believe I hadn't heard of them before. Their coupons and sales are also awesome and prices are very reasonable. I am assuming the people who say it didn't fit them don't actually know what size they are or are not taking their measurements correctly. And for such a good return policy, how about not complain if something doesn't fit? Just return it? I added a photo and it doesn't do the dress justice!

I have been using eshakti for years. The 1st dress i ordered was a little too big at the chest but i had it taken in locally. The 2nd time i ordered i took one size down and added my custom measurements for my arms which were bigger than size measurements. 2nd dress came in a perfect fit.
So now i know my fit and style and it only took me 2 dresses to get it right. The other 12 dresses in my closet from Eshakti are spot on and perfect. The site allows me to customise to my needs and they have never failed to deliver.
