While the clothes are quality, they can be really off from what you're expecting in terms of material, fit, etc. This would be fine except they have what seem to be down right illegal return practices. First of all, every order has a $40 minimum. This includes exchanges, which aren't exchanges at all, you just send back the items you don't want, then purchase them again. But let's say you make an $80 purchase, you don't like any of the items, and you want to return, you have to spend another $40 bc credit doesn't count toward the minimum! So if you return $80 worth of clothes, you have to spend $120 to make another purchase. I ended up in an awful cycle of spending more to not call it a total loss. In the end I gave up and decided to wait for the next summer which may have cuter clothes. I waited a year for the following summer, but low and behold, my $90 credit was gone! I looked into it and discovered all credits expire after a yeargift cards, returns, etc. What a horrible rip off and almost certainly illegal. Horrible experience!

Whoever came up with this brand is a genius according to me. The options they provide for any piece of clothing on their website is simply mind blowing. I bought quite a few pieces from them. Yup! Christmas gift to myself. The quality of fabric, the tailoring and the fit is impeccable! They have thought of everything when they made each dress/blouse or skirt. I used to hate it when my tops would have a gap around the bust and you could see my bra if you happened to be sitting next to me. Guess what? They have kept that in mind and given a modesty button (atleast that's what I call it) which is not visible on the outside. Thank you eShakti. I am hooked for life. The style they carry are timeless and I am in love with the brand. I love the fact that they tailor the length to fit your height for free! How considerate. I am short and have always struggled with length so this brand has been a blessing. Finally I feel like I want to dress up again. So tired of wearing clothes that don't fit. I was initially wary to try eShakti, after seeing so many mixed reviews; however, the customization possibilities totally got me. I picked super cute dresses, customized necklines, hemlines and sleeves and got exactly what I ordered.

The dresses were made beautifully and came faster than expected. I ended up ordering the wrong size, but that was my mistake and not the site's as there are clear size charts on the site and I simply picked the wrong one.

The return was very easy though, and I chose to get credit to the site instead of getting my money back because I absolutely plan on ordering new dresses ASAP. Since I got the size wrong the first time, I have entered in all of the possible measurements to my account that were available and I will order super-customized dresses with the coupon codes I was given with my first order. I can't wait!

I just received my dress that I will wear for my wedding reception (we eloped)! So a very important occasion to me. I wanted a perfect dress! I saw the packaging and I thought "there's no way this is going to fit me" and "there's no way a dress of good quality could fit in this box". I took it out and loved the way it looked. I loved the fabric! Then I tried it on and I was WRONG! It was perfect. It fits brilliantly. It looks lovely! I adore this dress.

You should know, normally I can barely buy things in stores - that I try on - that fit this well. And this fit spot on! I went to a wedding specialty store, tried on easily 40 dresses with no luck. One try with eShatki and I got exactly what I wanted. Amazing!

Not sure how to express how much I love this dress! I feel like I need to scream it from the rooftops. Love love love. And it was quick and inexpensive - but the truth is, I'd have paid more and waited longer if I knew then what I know now! I'm very happy.

My first order dress received within ten days, beautiful fabric and the fit was perfect except that it was a little snug and I wanted a little more room so I could wear it again. I return the dress and received refund quickly without any hassles or delay. I reordered the dress in a larger size and received the new dress quickly, and it was absolutely beautiful and fit perfit. I will not hesitate to order again, the Dupioni fabric is high quality and the dress is custom made.

I took a chance and ordered a dress that I kept checking out as the ad would pass by. I wear my dresses at the knee or just below, so many styles I really like are too long. I was able to bring up the length of the dress and adjust the neckline so it wasn't too low. The dress arrived and is so very nice. The seams are well done - not loose with thread hanging everywhere like some clothes I have ordered. Because they asked my height, the length is perfect. I am a US size 8 - 10. Sorry no photo, I am not at home to take one. Will definitely order from them again.

Very impressive company! Wonderful to order from and work with. I needed a dress for a wedding and actually, I had waited to long to find one. This company was a blessing! Less than 18 days before the wedding, I found the perfect dress on their website. I ordered it thinking that no one can do this type of alterations and have it back to me in 14 days. They proved me very wrong. My dress - made to my order, fitting me perfectly was on my doorstep in 13 days. Astounding! Not only that, my order had been wrapped in tissue paper, mailed in a very sturdy box and was encased in strong plastic. And, I also did my research before I ordered as I do not order from 'sweatshops' My research showed that this company is working to improve the lives of factory workers. The research said that this company pays their workers a fair wage, is clean and well lit and has up to date/safe machinery. This is a very impressed with the dress, the delivery date of the order and the way in which it was delivered!

I love my dress! It came quicker than I anticipated given that its a custom dress! It fits perfectly! I love the quality! This is a great store to buy from online! I just made sure to pay attention to the size chart to choose my size. Putting in my height made for a perfect length. Things are usually long on me. There is a return policy, and they send a return label with your dress which I thought was good. But I wont be using it.

I received my order today and i was truly impressed with the item as well as the packaging. I have order several times previously and with the packages being delivered by DHL they always arrived bent up and damaged so I never noticed the details of the quality of packaging. The business cards were definitely a great decision and i will be handing those out for anyone that ask where i got the outfit when i wear it. All of the pieces i got i loved until the flood of 2016 and they were destroyed. I was amazed by the fit and i wanted to let you know that i was amazed by the piece. I love you guys
