I saw eShakti as Facebook ads and liked the dress I ordered. I opened to check it out and modified it as per my test. Since they have a 30% discount for first order, I decided to try them out. The dress fits me perfectly, quality is outstanding and customer service excellent. I will order from them again, since I am very satisfied with quality and fitting. People have given me many compliments on the dress, as it seems it was made for me

I purchased these with more of the thought of supporting a company that I enjoy. EShakti makes great custom dresses and I have yet to be disappointed in any that I have ordered. My last order this summer I received 2 free masks made from the same material as my dresses. They were just some basic 1 layer cotton masks. I thought that was pretty awesome and figured with my kids returning to school I would place an order with a brand I know that always goes the extra mile. I placed my order a week or so ago and minus a small shipping snafu (that didnt even affect me really, they even sent an email and a free mask) but what was delivered yesterday blew my mind. The quality of the fabric is fantastic. It has adjustable ear straps and a flexible wire to help contour to my face. It also has a neck strap so I don't have to worry about dropping it on the ground. It even has a pocket so I can insert my own filter if I want. With shipping I paid 60 dollars for 12 masks, I honestly thought I would be some just really basic fabric masks like I received with my dresses in a previous order. Even those were good enough quality. But WOW! This is why I will always shop with eShakti!

I've bought twice now a bunch of face masks from them, love the adjustable ear straps, nose wire and neck band! They are high quality and once shipped it comes within days even though international! And they have GREAT customer service. I had a couple masks in my second order that the elastic came shorter and didn't fit my dads larger head, so they sent replacements very quickly! So happy with them. Also price is great and they had deals for b5 g1 free! Will be recommending to everyone.

I ordered two dresses. One using their custom fit option where the customer entered the measurements requested for that particular item. The second one is one that I guessed my size based on their description of how the sizes would fit. I half expected the general size one to not fit, but it fits nicely, just like an off the shelf fit would. The second one, I sent the measurements - hoping I measured right - and wow what a great fit. I had hoped that by send the measurements it would be comfortable, but my hopes were exceeded. It was not too tight, and plenty of room to bend and do normal things but the benefit was there was not loose fabric so it looks like a perfect fit! AND to top it off the sent a mask that matched the custom dress - without me asking so that was a pleasant human touch!

Be aware that these products are from India. I ordered some face masks, and when they hadn't arrived two weeks after they were promised, I contacted the company. After a few days, they wrote back that they had just popped them into the mail that day. So, according to FedEx they went from Noida India to New Delhi, where they are still sitting a week later."Delay beyond our control". I contacted the company again and did not hear back.

I would give them ten stars if I could. I've been shopping with eShakti now for a few years and I've never had a bad experience. Their customer service team is amazing, the craftsmanship that goes into each dress is incredible. I honestly can't recommend buying from eShakti enough. I get so many compliments when I rock one of their dresses (I've only ordered dresses). I can't tell you how many times I've had to find a slip of paper so I can write down their website.

I ordered 2 dresses from them. I added 2 extra inches to my height because I wanted the dresses long to my ankles. Glad I did this because with heels they are exactly the length I wanted them to be. Without heals the dresses just touch the floor. So if you plan to wear only heels with long dresses or skirts take this into consideration. Both dresses I selected to be tailored to a different length because they were deep v-necks originally and I didn't want my chest popping out. The one dress came exactly as I ordered it, the other dress they forgot to tailor it and left it as the deep v-neck instead of a short v-neck. I have a black tank top I wear under it so it's not a big deal. I have worn it without and I find myself adjusting it constantly because it's a very deep plunge at the point the material crosses over. I've gotten more use to it, but I didn't bother to send it back because it wasn't a huge deal for me. And from the reviews that others have written regarding customer service, I'm kinda glad I didn't return it. From my own experience though, I'd order from them again. It can be a bit pricey but the quality is excellent, not cheap material.

I have order two custom dresses from this site. The first came exactly how I expected. Great fit. Great quality. Shipping was quick. Just a super easy experience. The second dress arrived and I was a little disappointed. It was much shorter than I expected (I thought I asked for a full length dress with room for 3 inch heels, and the dress came touch just above my ankles). I contacted customer service, and within a day they had responded asking for pictures and details. They sent me a whole new dress, free of charge. And included face masks in the order as well. I couldn't be happier with the service. The dress is absolutely gorgeous. And I will definitely be shopping with them again.
