I ordered two shirts, customized for my preferences and size. They came in less than two weeks and are PERFECT. As others suggested the shirts ordered had some stretch to them and they fit me perfectly. Immediately after trying them on they were tested in the wash. I washed each of them separately, on gentle without wringing. No bleeding of colors occurred as I hand rung them out and hung them to dry. Great material! They did not shrink and kept their shape after drying. Can't wait to wear them as the weather cools off. And they came with matching masks that have a pocket for a filter. BONUS

As a plus size woman, it is hard to find clothing that fits properly. EShakit's customizable garments allow one to have the fit, neckline, and length that you prefer — and the garment is made and delivered quicker than many items bought in the USA!
I have been very impressed with the high quality of the materials used — unlike other online clothing stores where the material and sewing are of inferior quality.
The only caveat I have is that they do not feature plus size models, which makes it difficult to know if a garment that looks great on a size 6 model will look just as good on a larger framed person like me. If they could add that feature they would get 5 stars for sure.

The customer service I received to correct a mistake was 100% perfect. On my first order, the dress I received was too long but otherwise fit fine. I was disappointed. What to do: keep as is, have it tailored to correct length, give it away, return it for credit?. I sent an email to customer service and the answer was quick. They could remake the dress. The replacement arrived and it is PERFECT. Just what I wanted and it fits great. I am 6'2" and getting a dress that is exactly knee-length is no small accomplishment. Customer service was quick, honest and uncomplicated. I would definitely shop with them again.

I've ordered 4 dresses over the last 8 months from eShakti. Each and every one is exceptional! The fit and quality are perfect - I love the attention to detail. I tend to buy higher end clothing and am very selective about fabric and construction quality. I have been very pleased with my dresses from eShakti. I can tell the time and effort put into my dress. Being able to customize the fit and style to my build has resulted in striking results. I have ordered standard sizes and custom sizes. Note that, as with any quality custom product, the dresses are made after you order. Good things are worth waiting for - the 1-2 weeks to have my dress made and shipped to me is well worth it. With my 4 dresses, I never wear one without at least one stranger stopping me to tell me my dress is beautiful and flattering. I will certainly order more!

I just received the 4th dress from eShakti and, once again, I am thrilled. I used the customization option and the dress fit perfectly. The quality was exceptional, the workmanship wonderful, and the details fantastic. I can't wait to pick out a new garment and order it.

Placed 2 larger orders in the past year and I am absolutely pleased with the quality of the dresses as well as the customer care I received. All dresses are carefully executed, with much attention to detail; no loose threads or buttons, equally spaced and tensioned seaming, and good quality materials.

I ordered a product from the overstock that did not fit as well as I hopped, and they accepted the return without any issues (prepaid label as well). My last order contained all elastic waist dresses and they fit me tighter than what I was used to so far. They kindly sent me replacements that fit absolutely perfect!

We received these masks for our Special Education classroom. The best things about the masks are:
1. The attached ribbon to hang the masks from your neck preventing the mask from being placed onto a dirty surface or being lost.
2. The ear loops which are customizable for individual size.

I have gotten so many compliments from other teachers on the beauty of these masks in addition to the design. I highly recommend these masks.

From their sense of style, their varied and interesting designs, and their affordable pricing to their excellent quality and professional shipping, eShakti is my go-to place to order dresses. I recently counted my dresses: I have 30, and 28 are from eShakti. Every time I wear one of their designs, I have to carry a card in my pocket, because I get so many compliments and people asking where I got the dress. Now I can just hand them a card.

I purchased 6 items from eShakti this year. Two were not customized, four are. Because of the separate kinds of orders, they arrived in two shipments. The clothes are of very good quality, and the sizing is perfect. The shipment also comes with labels and the return policy, just in case there is a desire to return anything. This service of customizing orders is even easier than shopping in the store.

I am really pleased with my eShakti masks! I was looking for masks that were pretty and unique, to wear to social occasions, restaurants, etc, when I'm having to dress up a bit. I ordered two - both pink and flowery and they are super cute.

I also like the practical design of the adjustable ear straps AND I especially like the neck string, which keeps your mask with you, hanging like a necklace, even when you take it off your face. I have not seen this design anywhere else. It's so convenient, and even looks nice. I'm grateful to a company that is thinking of style for women, even with the not-so-pleasant necessity of wearing masks these days.

I also like the metal nose band inside the mask that you can pinch to secure the mask more tightly over your nose. This is especially good for someone (like me) who wears glasses, as it prevents them fogging up.

The masks feel very comfortable on my face, though I will say they are not QUITE as breathable as my other masks that are 100% cotton, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for extended wear. But they are great for "special occasions".

Over all, they are very good: - well made, nice stitching, nice looking, comfortable and convenient.

The only other thing - I didn't realize they were being shipped all the way from India! They ended up taking almost a month to arrive, but once I knew they were coming from India, I wasn't surprised, and actually thought the service was pretty good, considering. I even got an extra (plain white) mask, as compensation for the delay.

In fact, customer service and communication via email has been very prompt and polite.

Having experienced buying masks from eShakti, I would definitely recommend this company and consider buying custom dresses from them some time. It's not something I had thought of before, but having looked into the website, I'll definitely consider it.
