Love being able to get a custom fit! I find myself wanting to customize all clothing items I consider purchasing from other sources. I usually end up not purchasing from other sources.
I ordered three items from eShakti, and when they arrived the quality was not as advertised. I returned all three in new condition in the same box according to eShakti's refund policy. After multiple e-mails trying to receive my refund, I was notified today that two items were finally being refunded. What about the third one? EShakti, if you'd like to remedy this, issue a full refund for order # ******* immediately.
Eshakti masks are the best. These are the easiest to wear and most breathable. The ribbon to hold the mask on while not actively wearing it is genius. (I wish you would bring back the Bargain Facelift printed mask - how clever.)

The fabic was Avery good quality. These were MOB dresses. But unfortunately, the bride nixed them. Because of covid, they bride and groom had to make big changes in wedding plans. So the dresses were no longer appropriate to the setting.

It's wonderful to be able to adjust a dress to better suite what looks best on you (v neck vs boat neck, etc). The fact many of the styles come in multiple colors is great as well! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Love being able to customize my dress. I changed the neckline, sleeve length, and overall length. It was easy to do and visualize. Overall, the shopping experience was easy and better than I expected. And then shipping came quickly and the finished product fit perfectly and included special customer service touches that ensured me eShakti is a wonderful legitimate company. Will order again!
