Easy to navigate and great products, love the masks
First time customer and the overall shopping experience was easy but after the items arrived I was disappointed with the fabrics. Both items were not flattering on me. The fabrics were not as elegant as I expected. I will try again with different items since I like the idea of made to order clothes.
Really cute print; I get compliments on it. Love the customization options! Material is smooth & does not easily attract pet fur. Length is great with leggings as I am very tall. I got the short sleeves; the elastic is a little tight but not bad. I thought it had a bit of a waist but it doesn't, so if you don't have hips and want to flatter your figure it needs a sash or belt. But it's very comfortable for casual wear hanging free.
Very happy with my purchase! And extremely pleased with the customer service provided by the company. The order arrived much earlier than what I was first told so that was a definite plus. The color is a deep rich plum and the material makes it easy to dress up or dress down. I am planning to wear this to a fall wedding and am excited to see what others think!

Always had good experience w products & seller. The "size profile" feature is amazing, I never have to guess what size to buy or whether it will fit. I asked for a color modification in two separate orders and got prompt replies both times - once saying that no this is not possible and once saying my request was fulfilled. I am happy with both experiences because of the quick turnaround and the way they set expectations.

I have ordered many times. I have returned dresses several times and received full credit promptly. They respond to email with real people. I love the styles and the fit. Fit makes a huge difference for both comfort and appearance.
The clothing can be customized and it comes as described. It is amazing that it can be sewn personally and so quickly. I ordered mostly customized clothing. The garments do fit snugly in the bodice - if you like a looser look, add a few inches to your measurements. I changed to a sweetheart collar on one dress, changed lengths on most, changed sleeves on a couple - and am very pleased with all five dresses.
I have since purchased many more dresses. I have returned two (at different times) and had no difficulty whatsoever. I received a full credit because I accepted a credit instead of a refund. I do recommend using the customerchampion@eShakti.com email address and not other ways of communicating.

Some of the text boxes do not work - e.g., the box for special instructions. I needed to make sure my dress arrives before October 5 (it did arrive very quickly - thank you!), but could not do so in the box provided.

The online experience is interesting. The dress options are generally seasonal and do go away eventually. Also, the pictures don't always perfectly match the product (I got the Quincy dress and the flowers were a more vibrant pink in the online pictures but they are more muted in real life).
