The quality was just terrible. These dresses looked handmade by someone in a sewing class... I was very disappointed in the fabric- also the sizing was way off as well.

My custom ordered dress fit perfectly with the new neckline, sleeves, and length I chose. When I contacted customer service about alternate fabrics available, they quickly and kindly found two other fabric choices for me. In the end, I chose the original navy fabric. It is a beautiful dress.

It was Too hard to get the original account set up. Took many tries. The Product fabric was stiffer than pictured. I was alerted that it "couldn't be delivered" and had a wrong address and this was hard to track. It turns out that in fact, it actually was delivered to the right address.
