Real quality control issues on this order. I have ordered lots of masks and recommended to many people. This time, 4/9 masks had weakened elastic that snapped on first use. Now I am unlikely to recommend or order again, when nearly half of the order was unusable.

I have spent a lot of money buying dresses from eshakti but most I have given away. Great concept but horrible communication and very long wait times, even for overstock dresses that actually come from Oregon (and I live in Ca). The wonderful sales that I keep getting emails about don't work when I try to put in the coupon code and when I email I rarely get a response. Very frustrating.
I really wanted to like this company as The idea of custom made clothing sounded perfect to me (being 5 feet tall). The reality is so much worse than what is portrayed on the website. The shipping has taken twice as long as it should, I have sent several emails that have been completely ignored save for the automated reply, and the dresses are hit and miss. The only one I ordered with sleeves is unwearable since the sleeves are so tight. The zipper on another one is very very stiff. I would say that out of the 7 dresses I've received only 2 are wearable and flattering. I love the idea of the company but the reality has been a complete fail for me. Most upsetting is the total lack of customer service as far as answering emails. I'm adding a pic of a dress that looks like OompaLoompa attire. Need to revise the review after speaking with a lovely customer service rep Ann. She explained everything to my satisfaction and I now am ready to give them another chance. The issue is probably some lack of communication as well as a server crash in India which hampered the shipping big time. There have been staff cuts and few employees to answer emails. Because I think it's a great concept I will forge ahead with them.
These masks are thick, but no so thick that you feel your face becoming a sweat swamp. They also fit well.
I'd never had to wear a formal dress before and was very frustrated with the typical offerings online; I am not a showy person and I was not interested in paying several hundred dollars. This dress fit my style perfectly, made me feel glamorous, was comfortable and fit perfectly (custom style) and arrived early. Perfect!
This was my first time to order so I was a bit skeptical. I received the three dresses so quickly, I couldn't believe it. They are as beautiful as I had hoped but did need a bit of alteration. Because I need them soon I opted to have them altered locally rather than return to India for alterations. I will absolutely order from you again as the fabric and quality of construction in the dresses were both excellent. I can't wait to wear them.

I've been ordering from eShakti for at least 6 or 7 years and always get a quality product. This is my second order of masks from them and I love that they fit well, have adjustable elastic and cords to hold the mask so I don't need to set it down on a table or something.
Custom made dresses are a dream to wear. I never want to buy dresses any other way from now on.
