I ordered a few dresses on 4/18 that were due to be delivered by 5/9. I have been reaching out since the beginning of May and the dresses are still being made. It is now 5/26 and they are totally unresponsive and unreachable.

I purchased a dress on February 16,2023 with a guaranteed delivery date of March 7,2023. I emailed the company on the following dates requesting updates several times with no response. Not long after that, the company finally emailed me stating a return couldn't be completed as my dress was in pre-shipment but they reminded me that they will refund me. I then returned the item, they emailed me on March 29th stating my refund is in process as my item has been received and a refund will be coming within 2 weeks.
It is now May 23,2023 and I had to file a fraud claim against the company because they never refunded me.

They have lost me as a customer forever.
As I mentioned, is a scam site. Nevermind delivering shoddy product, they never sent clothes at all. One months after the supposed "delivery" date the clothes haven't even left the warehouse (per their own website), and the only response from customer service is "we're looking into it. Please wait 3-5 business days." They did not get back to me. I'm going to be taking the charge up with my credit card company to revoke the payment.

I ordered 3 dresses at the end of March. I needed them for some wedding/graduation events late this spring and early summer. One dress was ready quickly and was supposed to arrive by April 12, but I still haven't received it. The other 2 were delayed because of "production issues". All this info is according to both an email and 2 conversations I've had with them over the phone. I've been assured twice by phone that the items that were ready would ship right away, it's been weeks and nothing has arrived at all.
Now when I try to contact them by phone, the call is not going through, plus they haven't responded to email.
I'm really disappointed because I've been happy with them in the past, including their return/remake services. Sometimes orders took a bit longer than expected but nothing like this.

I ordered a few dresses on March 25th. My card was charged right away. It is now May 13th, and I still have not received my order. I sent an email to customer service asking for a status update, but I never received a reply. I ordered one of the dresses to wear to a wedding, so I'm very frustrated that I couldn't get my order in a timely manner. I was very excited to order from their site, but I will never order from them again. I should at least get my money back. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a formal gown from Eshakti on March 13,2023 with a guaranteed delivery date of April 1. On April 1, the gown hadn't even been made yet. In fact, the gown did not ship until May 4, over a month late and a month after the event I needed it for. I have reached out to Eshakti via email and phone multiple times over the past 6 weeks to request a refund (I also told them a month before they even made the dress that I didn't want it and to please cancel my order). I have received zero response from Eshakti. This company has stolen my money. I've never had a worse experience with a business. Whatever you do, don't buy from Eshakti.
I had bought dresses to eShakty since 2020 and they were well and on time, but the last order I did, #******* from April 08/2023, has not arrived yet. I checked the order status and the dress is not even finished. The delivery date they gave me was April 27/2023 and today is May 12/2023, fifteen days late.
I have ordered a dress from this website back in the beginning of April. They said it will be shipped between April 30 and first week of May. I emailed them on the second week of May to check on the status and no reply. Thier automatic replay says "we will get back to you in 2-3 business days" I waited and emailed again when I didn't hear anything back and again I'm ignored. At this point I'm confident that I will nether get my money back that I requested to get or get the product I payed for.

I ordered clothes on 2/20 of 2023. I saw the shipping would take a month in the confirmation email. That same day I told them to cancel it. It is in their policy that they would cancel if you asked within 24 hours. I did it within minutes.

Answer: I have been ordering the standard sizes and they are true to the measurements posted. No matter what you put in your height, so the length is always spot on.
Answer: Purchase a dress that is made with the knit fabric. It is flexible and much more loose feeling than the other fabrics. If you do decide to add inches to the measurement, I recommend only adding 1-2 inches AND only add those inches where you like it loser. For example, measure your arms true to size unless you like it a bit lose. Measure your waist true to size unless that is where you like it a bit lose. But honestly, I think you will find the knit dresses to be the best if you dislike tight fitting clothing! I also am not a fan and those are the dresses I wear most often! I have bought other styles, so I have other fabrics to compare it to.

Even adding a deisgn I requested to Fabric Customisation. Winning! I have only had to return 1 dress and it was easy and I got a full refund.
