Overall the site is good, but the "infinite scrolling" feature is very frustrating. When I'm browsing through 300 different dresses, I want them to be arranged on page 1, page 2, ect. That way I can see how far I am through all the options

I thought for sure someone would have to call to clarify the measurements I asked for but the exact measurements I provided were used and it fits perfect.

I loved the idea of personalizing a dress. However, the fabric quality does not reflect the price paid. Because of the cheap fabric alone, I would not recommend this site.

While the dress did not fit and I forgot to include the refund slip in the return package, eshakti was very helpful and understanding with quick and thorough responses. Including a prepaid shipping label for returns made the process stress free and encourages me to continue shopping with eshakti now that I don't have to worry if something doesn't fit. Shirt that I ordered fits great.

Unfortunately, the event that I was going to wear this dress to was cancelled due to COVID.
However, I am so looking forward to being able to wear this and look elegant.

I had asked to have a plunging neckline added to the dress (that wasn't an option provided), customer service contacted me right away (via email) and offered to send a muslin dress as a test fit to make sure I liked the fit, which blew my mind (in a good way). I let them know that I needed the dress as soon as possible and didn't have time for the test fit (but that I'm happy to know that's an option for future purchases). The dress arrived on time and fit perfectly and the plunge neckline was exactly what I wanted.

I am very happy with my purchases. The fit is fabulous and arrived fast. The package was prepared with care and my dresses arrived safely. It was evident thought goes into the packaging and it felt special as I opened the box and unfolded the contents.

The service provided was expedite and professional.

A little confusing. At first they said the customizing was free and then had trouble ordering because of a gift card problem. Then when I went back on, I had lost the free customizing.

Like the options for the dress and not aware of any other company that provides that option on online purchases.
