Customer service is great but the dresses were a disappointment.

I'm always looking for great black outfits and this company is perfect. My needs are very specific and I love the ability to choose sleeve length, pockets, length and neckline. Will definitely order from this company again!

It was great to customize this dress. Unfortunately the bust area was much tighter than the measurements showed size wise. Had to return the dress. I am hoping to reorder.

This is my go-to website for dresses I know I will love. I have never found dresses that fit before eshakti! I'm almost 6' tall, and plus-sized, so finding dresses has always been a nightmare. But now I know that I will always be able to find and customize something I love on eshakti. My closet is full of gorgeous dresses now!

I liked eShakti's fit guarantee program. It was easy to use the QR code to reach a website that asked detailed questions about the fit of each garment. When I finished filling out the form, it said someone would contact me within 48 hours, and I should not return the order until I heard from someone, in case they had questions. No one contacted me for a week, until I emailed them. The person writing back originally was not aware that I had filled out the remake form and asked me to describe the fit of the garments, which I had already done in great detail. When she did locate my information she said they were working on a remake and would contact me on the status of my order. Another week went by, I heard nothing about the order or its arrival, and then the remake showed up at my door. The remade clothing did fit better.

I absolutely love the clothing I've ordered from eShakti. Being able to customize it, even to my own measurements, is a game-changer!

Even though I gave eShakti my precise measurements, the dress was still too large. However, it's very well made and the fabric is real nice, the dress is lined too. It's being remade and I hope it's perfect on the remake.

Online order was easy but the product did not fit properly when it arrived and was not that great as far as quality.

I bought two dresses. I loved one and the for was perfect. The other one fit pretty well but was improperly finished and I had to pay return shipping to send it back.

Material selection is not good. Made to fit did not work. Zipper did not work.
