I love the ability to customize items and request clothes made to my measurements, as I'm not a standard size in any shop. However, the clothes arrived a bit too baggy to be flattering and my dresses (made of cotton knit) shrank noticeably in the wash (following washing instructions). I do love that having an item made for me means (hopefully) less waste than standard fast fashion. Overall I love the idea of eshakti and the customizable nature of their collections. So, could be better (since customs fees were pricey), but for the price paid, I'm satisfied.
I liked the jumpsuit I ordered, however it was not a good fit and I have mailed it back.
Eshakti has the best service I have ever experienced. The material and tailoring is absolutely fantastic. And their customer service is 2nd to none. They always aim to please and I love that each style is different and made custom to your size. I will always recommend them and have already referred them to many of my friends and family.
I have a very hard to fit young lady in my house. She's sixteen and needed a dress for homecoming. She has a small frame with long legs. This means we either buy in the appropriate section and get things altered or we shop in the little girl section and deal with everything being too short while also looking too young. We had to take many measurements so that eShakti had all of the proper information to make this dress. It was all worth it. She picked a dress she liked, changed it to her preferences and all we had to do was wait. I was a little worried because of the shipping issues across the world, but we didn't have an issue. She looks gorgeous, feels confident and we couldn't be any happier with our purchase. We will shop her again. No question.

I am a plus sized senior and had quit wearing dresses until I found this business. My dresses arrived in my size, and because I am 5'3, were the perfect length. They took my measurements and made the dress to fit ME and allowed me to pick options like how long, what kind of sleeves etc. The material and workmanship was excellent. I have a made for me dress like a princess would for a very affordable price, and have received many complements.

Dresses are always easy to customize and I love the quality. This was the first dress that did not fit- and they took great care of me, making sure the remake was perfect. I was worried that I wouldn't get the remake back in time, but it came quickly. I am very happy!

Love that the dresses have a bra strap holder. Sounds crazy but now I want it on all my clothes! And POCKETS! Yes! They are nice sized. The material is thick and lovely. I have purchased 4 dresses. So far. And plan on more. It is nice to be able to change the look of an item and especially to be able to see how it looks because one one dress I ended up liking how they designed it best.
