The number of clothes that I like but don't buy because of the length or sleeves or necklines is too many and eShakthi just takes that all way. Very easy for a custom fit, fabric is beautiful, looks just like pictured.
I prefer dressed with modest neck lines and sleeves and have poor posture so sometimes it is hard to find good fitted clothing, especially dresses. With eshakti I was able to get a fantastic dress with just the right height, sleeves and neckline to suit me and it fits perfectly! I'm so happy!
Embroidery quality on gown was terrible. It lulled and stretched the Jersey material until it puckered and had holes. When I went to scan my cose for a free redo the website came up fine, but I couldn't log in. Pressing log in dust nothing. Changing browsers and devices did not help.
Finally I tried to return the dress. Finally logged in but discovered that every time I clicked on my order details it opened a new tab where I was not logged in. I could no break this cycle, making a return impossible.
All that was bad enough but the dress length was several inches shorter than the picture showed. I do not recommend and will not come back.
Shipment arrived fine. Unfortunately the style was not right for my body. So I sent it back to you for a credit on my credit card.
I love the option to make adjustments to the item you are ordering. The material is nice, and my dress is gorgeous! This was my first time ordering from eShakti, and though experience was good it is a challenge to make sure a custom dress fits perfectly. On my next order, I will be a little more detailed in my instructions to ensure a better for example, in my arm area and a more tailored fit in the waist. These are things you just don't think about until you've experienced ordering a custom made dress online. I will definitely purchase from them again!

The skirt that I ordered came sooner than was anticipated. The size and fit were perfect. The skirt was exactly what I had hoped for and looked as good in real life as it did on the model!
The dress I ordered fit very poorly even with me giving specific measurements. I processed the return and have still not been reimbursed after several weeks.
My most recent order unfortunately did not work out. However, when I called inquiring about the status of my return the customer service agent was quick, friendly and efficient. She forwarded my question to the billing department and within hours I had an email detailing the amount of my return. Thank you for this wonderful customer service experience. Normally everything I have ever ordered from EShakti has worked out… This was my first return ever and it was a very good experience.
I love my top I ordered. It has POCKETS! I love pockets. I have ordered a few dresses from them and have always been very pleased with their products.
I was generally satisfied with my purchase of a custom sized dress.The dress is nice and fits fairly well. I was a little disappointed with the material however; I was led to believe that Dupioni was a raw silk material, and when I received the dress, the label states polyester. However, it looks nice.
