Process is easy. Price is unbeatable. Like but don't absolutely love the two dresses I have bought.

The site was easy to navigate and order from. Items were exactly as ordered but I was a bit optimistic about the amount of weight I would lose. The dresses give me dates incentive to lose more weight.

It was fun to look through items ans know they could be customized! I am waiting for my re-made dress to arrive. The first cut was not right.

You need to measure yourself carefully and follow their sizing chart. The clothes are well made and tailored to your fit. I am a teacher and like to dress modestly, yet professionally in the classroom and I can usually find what works here.

EShakti never fails to provide beautiful, customized outfits that are classy and fitting. This dress alone is among my favorites, and it fits perfectly. EShakti is also great at customer service, and they're more than happy to work with people, which is such a relief when purchasing dresses. Couldn't recommend eShakti more.

I was highly dubious about placing an order, but was delighted with what was delivered... a high quality, custom-made dress, with no need for hem alterations, that fit perfectly! I loved the ability to change the sleeves and neckline and will definitely use them again.

I have purchased many beautiful items from eShakti in the past. They have always arrived promptly, been made perfectly according to the measurements provided, have been fantastic quality and I have loved wearing them. Last year, I bought my mother in law four dresses and she was over the moon. They really helped boost her confidence (she was a bit under the weather) and again they fitted her beautifully.

In January, I ordered two more custom fabric, made to measure dresses for my mother in law. They were due to arrive at the end of January. The deadline came and went, with the tracker showing the pattern had been cut. Then one day, the tracker just showed nothing.

I contact them, then chased again 2 weeks later. By now, it's 16th February. I finally received a very blunt, short email saying the dresses could not be produced due to being unable to source the fabric, that my order was now cancelled and I would receive a refund in the next 5 to 7 business days. The deadline came and went without any refund and despite two chaser emails now I have not received a reply. I tried calling and couldn't get through to a single human being.

I am so sad that what was a fantastic company, with brilliant customer service has deteriorated so quickly. I hope they can turn themselves around, but I am not sure they will ever regain my trust in their brand. When I look on their Facebook ads, the comments are littered with people in the same position as me.

At this time, I would urge anyone planning to buy from them to purchase elsewhere. It's just not worth the risk.

I placed an order January, and by February the item still hadn't been made. After multiple emails I was able to get it cancelled but now it is late March and i still haven't received a refund.

I noticed many people in similar situations in social media (no communication, no refunds) but they have recently deleted all such comments on their posts.

So disappointed as I used to order from eShakti quite often. And this experience is enough to make me stop altogether.
