I was happy to see the site bring back masks. I always want to purchase clothing but I know the masks are made with the best materials and can be washed and re-used.

I ordered this for the upcoming winter season as a custom piece. It fits absolutely perfectly and I am so excited to wear it! The details eshakti puts in are fantastic, particularly the pockets and bra strap keeps - no other company does that and it is wonderful not to have my straps hanging out!

I got the double breasted blue coat. It's gorgeous. The fit is perfect. And the color is like a blend of turquoise and pool blue. It's the nicest coat I've ever had.

Let me start out by saying that I was an avid buyer from eShakti since 2015. They were a small company, with excellent customer service, and quality items. This year has been a disaster for me with e Shakti. I ordered and received order #*******. Two items were of poor quality, so I opted to send them back with the return postage that eShakti provides. It took approximately three weeks to get back to their Oregon store (which took longer to get from India to my location). I was then informed that it would take 21 days to return my money. EShakti opted to raise their shipping charges and it seems as though the process not only takes longer, but the company itself is not as attentive to its customers as it was before. 21 days to refund money which the company garnered when the item was bought? Seems like my money is being used and that is a very disreputable thing for a company to do with its customers. I am waiting for my last order - - and refund - and I will never deal with this company again. Buyer Beware!

Experience was excellent. The dress was exactly as I had requested. Once received, I realized it was too much for the occasion and I had to return my dress but I will be back!

Whenever I want to treat myself for a milestone or looking for a certain style, eShakti is my go to. I always get compliments on my purchases from eShakti. I feel so beautiful and like a model when I wear my selection. So happy to have this option for quality clothing.

Ok, the clothes did not fit. Not sure what else you want me to say. I ordered it was easy, it came pretty fast, it didn't fit. I returned it all 2 days later, still haven't gotten my refund.

While their sizing is a little inconsistent among the many different sub-brands, their shipping times have always been phenomenal. Their emails are often slower than their actual delivery, lagging up to 1-2 days behind.

Do not promise a 7-8 day delivery if it's not possible given current shipping delays. I also think the custom-design idea, while exciting in theory, doesn't always work in execution-- my choices resulted in dresses that don't hang correctly or look right. Perhaps some choices -- length, pockets-- should be flagged as problematic.
