I felt like the goods I received from eshakti were of a high quality, and I appreciated their easy customization features. However, I thought that some other features of their website, like their searches and the personalization were a little hard to navigate.
The clothes arrived promptly, well-packaged, and returns were easy.
I do feel like their site does not do as good of a job serving plus-size women.

It's fantastic to have a place where I can order a dress with a little length. As a taller woman, a store bought knee-length dress ends up being too short for more conservative events or even just a day in the office. EShakti has come through 3 times for me with that bit of extra length I need, and a consistent fit across designs. I'll be back for more!

The pleated eshakti masks are the right ones for me. They have a broad wire for the nose and good adjustable elastic for the ears. The interior layer is pleated too so the fit is better all around. They come with a long thin ribbon to hang around your neck but I cut them off because they just get tangled in my hair. The fabric is crisp and keeps a pleat without being stiff and unbreathable. Lots of colors and patterns, and the right size so if I fuss with it at the start of my errand my glasses don't fog up. I wash in a garment bag and then iron the pleats while damp and lay flat to dry. They store flat and I fold them in half to tuck into a pocket. Eshakti shipping is reasonable for the distance and product.

Overall some of the items didn't look as good on me as i imagined. I wish you had plus sized models as well as standard models so i could better judge. But i got an item i loved out of my order.

Everything about my experience was great. Except that the dress didn't fit quite right. I followed the directions to see if they could remake it for me, but it's been over a week and I haven't heard back. I am a little disappointed that I didn't at least receive a response.

A plus, will be buying again. This was so much easier and just plain nicer than any other clothing purchasing I have ever done. I don't like shopping, but I am very fussy about getting a good fit and cut and of course, the precious pocketses.
