Won't order again. Items not as well-made as they look online.

My experience was excellent… clear instructions for custom measurements. The dress arrived within the stated timeframe and was beautifully made and fits perfectly.

I have never had an issue with Eshakti. I am a returning customer and have shopped with them countless times in the last several years. There is never an issue with ordering, billing, shipping, or even returning. Everything has always been smooth and the dresses and tops are, as always, of perfect fit.

I love the unique styles. Modern, classics. Funky and fun. I always get compliments.

I waited quite a bit longer than expected for my order, and then neither dress fit. Even though Insent my measurements. And they did not fit in different ways, despite identical measurements, so I don't think it's that I made a mistake

I ordered other items in the past and was quite happy with them. This order was disappointing. I feel like the dresses weren't the same as shown on the website. I'm not going to give up on eshakti, though. I have one more order in with them. Hopefully, I will have a dress to wear in time for a wedding.

I've ordered 4 dresses in the past few months, all the same size based on my measurements and the size chart. Three are too large and I had to get them altered. One is way too small. I'm not going to bother returning it for store credit because I don't think it's worth getting another dress.

I've purchased a few pieces most have been a hit. I wish they had more choices as previously. I feel like you could choose the type of dress and the type of fabric. Doesn't seem like you can do that anymore. I would still recommend.

I have ordered twice and been disappointed both times with the time it takes to receive products and lack of customer service. My last product was NOT customized and still took weeks to arrive! It actually did not ship until after the promised time to receive it! I was so frustrated and should have canceled it.

I am familiar with eShakti fabrics, so it was easy to place this order where I knew what I would be getting! Thankful for the "anything else?" feature where I can ask for the inner bra strap keeps to be removed, too! Makes it definitely my dress that is tailored just for me!

The orders I've done have taken a little longer to arrive than projected, but given the made to order nature that didn't really bother me. Have loved the unique nature of the dresses I've ordered, well made.

I have been shopping at eShakti for some years now. I do a lot of events (I'm an artist and a musician) so I need nice clothing for receptions, festivals, stage wear etc. I'm always getting compliments on the clothes I get at eShakti and as an artist I appreciate the variety of colors / patterns / textiles used. As someone who is not an "off the rack" height / shape, I also appreciate the ability to customize the clothes to your liking.

The site is easy once you understand how to use it and the fabric customization is SUCH a great option. I will now have two beautiful dresses of a cut that fits me perfectly and unusual fabric.
