Ive order many custom dress in the past and it was A1! But now, no fulfilment of my order, no answer to my emails (i've sent 2 times), no updates in the progress of my order. Nothing! It was supposed to be delivered by May 21, and it's still stuck in the Fabric & Kit creation since many weeks. Poor customer service.

I'm so pleased with the shirt and the dress. The dress is absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to wear it. I first found eShakti when I was searching for pretty face masks. I took a chance on ordering, and the entire process was so easy.

I ordered two dresses to "test the waters" because I have a hard time finding natural fiber dresses that are appropriate for work AND have a comfortable neckline and sleeve length. My order was delivered within days! I love the customization ability and the product guarantee. They even sent me a little measuring tape for taking your measurements in case the clothes don't fit properly. I will definitely be ordering more from this shop!

Good experience but sizing does not work for me. It would be helpful to caution customers that your product fit is several sizes smaller than normal US sizing.

I just placed my first order with eshakti. It was very easy and fun to alter a dress to fit my body!

I returned my item in late December 2021 and I am still waiting for my refund. I followed instructions and used the shipping label provided by eShaki. I now know that should have not have trusted that it would be an easy process and wish now that I wrote down the label info because all I have is the return authorization. I asked eShaki for the tracking info and the number they provided is not recognized by USPS. It's been a week since they last responded to my request for a correct tracking number for the returned item. I cannot go to the post office with the information they provided. At this point, I feel like this is a lost cause and while it isn't a lot of money I am losing it's still not a great reflection on the customer service eShaki provides when an item is not to the satisfaction.

Too many flattering choices. LOL Not really. Plus, I love that you can get it custom sized, so you don't have to guess if it will fit you.
