My experience with eShakti has been terrific! I ordered three dresses for my first time shopping with them. The dresses were made exactly to my specifications. One dress was/is perfect! I love everything about it and am keeping it. One dress was too busy (too many pleats!) and I did not like the fabric. I have returned it, which was hassle-free. One dress was great, except the sleeves were a little too short and tight. That dress is being re-made and will hopefully be perfect. The customer service has been excellent. I'm very pleased so far!

The shopping experience was easy and fun. When my package arrived (on time) it was wrapped with care and included a little card with each name of the person who worked on my skirt. That level of detail is why I love eshakti.
