Buying this ball gown wasn't easy… because you have so many choices! A fabulous product and wonderful customer service made it easy once you found the silhouette and then found the fabric you wanted. I'm not sure how, but maybe redesigning the website (no small task, i know… but just in case you were thinking in that direction…) so that it would be easier to pick a fabric for the silhouette you liked? THAT being said, everything else WAS wonderful and easy. Great and quick customer service made me call all my friends to recommend. Thank you.

Mobile website is a bit difficult to use, had to switch to app/desktop because of continued problems trying to add things to cart. On desktop items disappeared out of cart and would not appear on search. Otherwise the products are excellent and the customer service excellent as well.
