Easy, clear measuring instructions. I hope it fits. Incredibly comfortable, fits amazingly well. I was afraid it wouldn't because of how large I needed it to be. But I am so happy with it. Great craftsmanship and amazing material.
I am very dissatisfied with the purchase. There was a streak of blue ink near one of the buttons and I do not like the fit. I unable to reach anyone via phone, no matter what time of day I call c/s is closed. The return process is complex and I have not been able to complete the return transaction. The only thing that was easy about my experience was choosing my preferences and paying for the invoice.

Dress arrived very early, unfortunately I purchased a standard size dress which did not fit at all being overweight and chest heavy. Customer service was great, I measured myself provided them with my measurements and had a new dress that fit beautifully in 2 weeks.
