I am happy with the quality and price of the top. The actual length was quite a bit longer than the picture.

I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service experience. My dress got a little delay due to high volume of orders, but I was always kept updated what was going on and what is going to happen. I felt like I was always took inconsideration in the process of making and delivering the dress.

The dress I ordered to fit was perfect except for being too long. I ordered a remake right away but three weeks later nothing on the site shows that and when I email them, every time they say it will be shipped in the next two days and then it isn't.

I have selected some dresses from the Overstock section and when I had to pay the dresses weren't in my cart anymore. I can still see the dresses in the Overstock offers, but impossible to select again. Quite disappointed, I have placed an order without these offers. The order was delivered with several days of delay, without a good communication about the expected delivery date. Once the dresses arrived I was super excited: the quality, the style, the material... amazing! But unfortunately all the dresses fit way too loose. I have decided to keep one (a wrap floral dress, that can be adjusted around my body so it's still flattering), to return 2 of them and ask for free remake for the remaining 2. But the long delivery time really made me wonder if I would repeat the experience again. I needed the dresses for a special occasion (I have underlined it in my order) but now it's going to take too long to receive the new ones...

Was expecting my order to be an experiment in the pitfalls of online ordering. Changed neckline, changed sleeve, changed length of dress. I was fully expecting to have to send it back. BUT IT FITS perfectly and is a lovely dress.

Overall I would say my experience was positive and the clothing was high quality. One of the difficulties with online shopping of course is that you can't tell how things will look before purchasing them. One consistent issue I have had when ordering from eShakti is that even though I order the smallest size available - xs/0 - it is always still really big on me and I end up having to take extra steps to shrink or otherwise modify the clothing. I know they offer custom sizing, but that costs extra and the measurements listed for the pre-set 0/xs size match my own anyway. I am not even particularly small - I'm average height and only a little below average weight - and size 0/xs at most clothing stores fits me well. So for eShakti's xs to be so big on me seems like maybe there should be smaller size options available. I know they do offer free do-overs if you take pictures and send the garment back, but for me it's just easier to either do the modifications myself of have a local tailor do them. I definitely still recommend eShakti though; the garments are much better quality than what you'd find in the average department store, and are pretty affordable for basically being made-to-order. And I personally know people who aren't as difficult to fit that have had great experiences with them!

This is the third time now, the third order in a row, where my special instructions have not been followed. I asked only for simple things, such as a particular length for my dresses, and received an email that those instructions would be followed, yet again they were not. I asked for the dresses to be made 45 inches long. They were 41.5 inches long. Really getting frustrated with eShakti.

Al though I received the order, I was not happy with the customer service as there was no response from team about the product even after several follow up.

Product in itself was fine although not as expected but still was better and worth the discount I got.

Thanks to eShakti I finally have clothes that fit all of me! I especially like the shirts cut to my measurements, the ready-to-wear stuff never fits. I also appreciate the quality of the fabrics and the great craftmanship.
