Easy to shop, easy to browse and customize! Lots to choose from

I procrastinated a little on ordering a wedding guest dress--the prompt was "formal but funky" and I'm a 3X with a smaller waist and very large hips. This was a tall order for an off-the-rack dress. The option to customize the fabric, cut, and dimensions for my personal measurements was amazing, and the cherry on top was the speed and tracking. Thank you so much, I couldn't be happier!

Overall I say this was 5 stars except the sleeves are super tight on my arms, I do not have enough time to return and reorder so I will have to deal with it.

The pants are just as beautiful as the images. There is no stretch so check your actual size.

Service was good. I've got an email to confirm my hight and one of two items I ordered came quite quickly. Other on didn't came at all- I got notice about the difficulties to provide the other dress.

I had another dress ordered in size 12 before ordering this one. So size 12 dress was a little loose for me so i thought i would order size 10 for this one would be perfect for me! But then size 10 was even looser than size 12. Just wondering what went wrong! May be mistake... or is it a looser fit. I don't know. I am a regular customer of e-shakti -- love their dresses, prints, custom fit and everything

Returning the dress (already back in the mail) but well made, excellent quality.

I love the idea of customizing items and the prints and styles available look beautiful online. But I was very disappointed with the shape and cut of the two items I ordered. Neither even came close to fitting me.

The site was easy to navigate. The clothing description were very accurate and the materials are very nice. Love this website for dressy clothes.

Love eshakti for giving me modest dresses, so many choices, and an easy experience.

I love having things custom fit for me. It's so hard to get a good fit in off-the-rack clothes, and with eShakti you also get to pick hem length, sleeves, neckline and a new thing where you can choose the fabric from one garment and have it made into another style. If I had all the money in the world, this is where all my clothes would come from.

EDIT: Prices have jumped recently, no surprise, but they only guarantee your first three purchases for fit, and I guess after that you are at their mercy for whether it fits or not, even paying the extra to customize. They are pretty bad about answering emails and when asked what happens to a custom fit after the third garment, they failed to answer ever. So if you are buying ready to wear or are okay paying for a fit that might not work (sister has had some bad experiences with things not working out) then they do still have quality fabrics and work. But I'm a lot more jaded now that they aren't really backing up their guarentee policies. Disappointing.
