Splendid service, just perfect. Love the dupioni fabric print - rich blue, star constellations, a light sheen. Need a loose jacket to go over a blue jersey midi-dress for a nephew's June wedding. So I selected the one top style that this fabric was available in. I was afraid it would not suit me (wrap top with sash, bow, and pouffy bust darts, good for cute figures). Entirely my gamble. I wish I could have it restyled as an Angela Merkel- or Mao-like flat-front jacket/tunic with buttons and just-above-the-elbow sleeves (not a style you currently offer) in exactly this celestial print fabric. Despite my personal disappointment, you have made me a fan. Wonderful service.

I've gotten a few things from eShakti that worked out well, but it's not totally reliable. Some items don't perfectly fit the measurements I sent, when I had them custom made. (They're close--it's not like they sent me stuff that was off by several inches--but it was not as close as I expected.) I've always received everything I ordered, but returning is a bit of a hassle: they charge you for shipping unless you ask for a store credit. The last time I shopped with them, the return I sent didn't get there, and so I didn't get the credit, and lost the money. Unfortunately, I didn't keep close enough tabs on the shipping, and it's too late to track the package now (always get a receipt!). The fact that you're mailing to India makes it a little harder to deal with. And the customer service is spotty--they don't always answer messages.
If you love an item that you see on their website, I would say go ahead and try it, but be very aware of the shipping charges, and keep on top of your purchases and returns. If you're on the fence, I would say avoid, and use a retailer that has a better return policy.
These were my first eshakti purchases. I'll definitely buy more.

Ordered a size 2 to give my daughter room for growth. It fits like the size 0 eshakti dresses that she already has. Too bad because we wanted it to last a while at that price. Also took a week longer to arrive than was promised. Customization was perfect and quality was top-notch.

This dress is very beautiful. I just wish that there was a belt loop in the back also. I was not sure if I would receive it in time for my daughter's party. It was delivered on time just as promised.

The dress was fantastic and the material and fit were perfect. It was however delivered 20 days after I placed the order with no information given to me about why it was delayed. I called several times and no one picked up the customer care number. I finally got to speak to someone and they said that the product was rejected in the quality check so they were making it again. The emails I sent were also replied to only several days later.
