Purchased 3 dresses in an XXL (I looked at the sizing on the website and measured myself). When the goods came, they were only fit for a child and were nowhere near the sizes stated on the site. The quality was also very poor, with unfinished hems and rucked seams.

When I contacted them to return the dresses, they told me to take them to a tailor to alter them, or give them away as gifts! I have never experienced such bad customer service. They are avoiding taking the goods back because of some excuse about customs.

They are not the sizes as described and they are shoddy and badly made.

Never buy from this site. If I could give their customer service no stars, I would.

FYI. Noticed that Eric Dress advertise on this site. Please don't buy from them unless you don't care about your rights as a customer! Site Jabber should seriously consider whether they want to be associated with a company that sells such bad quality goods and has such poor customer service.

It was the worse experience I've ever had with a online order. I ordered a size XL jacket for myself... they sent a size XL in a china size which didn't fit a American child. They refused to refund because of the costs associated with shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I would like to know why ericdress.com continually advertises for free shipping but when you go to check out the option is never available. I took the time to order extra items the first time on the site because it stated that if I spent a little over $14 more my order would qualify for free shipping. However when it came to check out it charged shipping anyway. I contacted customer service who said they would place the order for me or click on a link. I did so and re-ordered everything. Then it charged me even more. I wrote again and this time the customer rep told me that free shipping was over. I sent her the email--still got the same stiff generated reply back. I told them to cancel out the order since it was not paid yet. Then today I see free shipping on the side of my Facebook page. I decide to give them another try. Should you have to guess what happened? The same thing all over again. This is really some poor customer service and bordering on false advertisement.

I got the best dress last week. I ordered a prom in glittering blue for my formal with my friends. Unexpected to arrive early. The fit was perfect only the color was missed out, I want it in aqua blue but I received it in royal blue. Anyway I still love it as long as it's blue.

I have an opportunity to buy from ericdress.com more then once. I am a UK citizen and i must say i took note of how fast they did the delivery.it is relatively cheap to buy from them and quality of their dresses is average.

I went to ericdress to get something warm for a child of a friend. Korean Long Sleeves sweater particularly impressed me. I would choose the apricot sweater because the color is so pleasant. The cotton material is pleasant to wear and will keep the kid warm.
This shop is particularly suitable for women who want something special. It hasa large range of wedding dresses and accessories. I will recommend it to another friend of mine who is getting married next month.
Perhaps I will also stop over at Clothing Section for Women to see if I can pick something up for my niece too. I was thinking perhaps a nice top and a matching pant. There are blouses, shirts and knitwear in exciting colors and designs. I am still undecided. Knitwear looks pretty or perhaps a lace T-shirt will do nicely. For the pant, I think the Korean style pant with Leisure bow Knot will be great. I must check if there are enough color matches. It has a price of $16.29, which fits my budget exactly. The top sets me back $19.63 so that with shipping and taxes the entire thing comes within $40.00. Lovely!

I am greatly disappointed with the product and the service I was offered. Honestly I do not recommend using Eric Dresses online service as your Merchant. As I ordered 2 Evening dresses USA size 14, but i received them from chine with china size with no tag on the dress even to verify the size. And I requested the return address many times, but my request went unanswered. Now I am stuck with 2 dresses that don't fit me; however, customer service never showed any interest or care and that is way below the efficient standards of customer service.

I just bought all my sister's Christmas presents here! Merry Xmas everyone =)

My absolute favorite place to get dress. Honestly, my rating here is based more on the store experience. The dress aren't plenty but what dress there are, are of good quality. I ordered once online because I couldn't find the dress I wanted in my size at the store. The people at the store checked online for me and found them there. I didn't mind the wait.
