I don't know what you guys ordered but my order number ******* was great. Nothing was broken, all of it was of GOOD quality, i said good not the best but what do you expect perat about $30 each. It's cheap as and it was delivered fast, what more do u really need?

The pants are elastic and form fitting. Perfect fit. I was not sure if the fabric was going to be comfortable by viewing one of the photos but they are great!

The dress is great! I was amazed by the quality. I did not expect much for a low priced dress but I was wrong. Discount was really availed because if it had been an ordinary low price it would have been low quality. I am very happy with the dress that had been tailored to my size. Ordered two dresses from here, no problems at all the quality is great I got in three days as I live in USA and it was by DHL to my surprise next morning it arrived um I don't know sitejabber reviews seem to just bash every company to the bone I worked with a lot of companies even though they have negative reviews they still do an excellent job these review sites are filled with people who just are never happy with anything or people bringing down the reputation of other companies to satisfy their own.
ericdress.com is user friendly online store. I remember two of my favorite dresses from this store and i did not find anything unusual enough to raise an issue about.
I have returned a dress 2 to 3 weeks ago and still not had a refund, I have contacted them 5 to 6 times now and still nothing has been credited to my account. The worst site I have ever come accross, now I have contacted trading standards who are looking into this co, once I get a refund I will not open a case with small claim court. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

I love ordering dresses from this site. They are prompt, reliable and the orders always arrive within 3-4 days no matter of my current location around the world. Once i received a duplicate of my order and was afraid they would charge my card twice. I contacted tbdress, but they said it was a mistake on their side and i could keep them or donate them to an orphanage.
P.S. The shipping rates are quite impressive regardless if you are located in Asia or Europe.To top that, my orders never took more than 3-4 days. So, imagine ordering on Sat and having the order by Tues! Unbelievable!
Almost perfect. First off, I love their stuff and not just the lingerie. Nice swimwear as well. Usually very sexy but elegant and feminine as well. They can be a bit pricy but I guess part of the price is the ericdress name. While I'm happy shopping at ericdress I'm slight less happy about the shipping rates. Could be better so that's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars.
