This site is great IF your order is correct. I ordered a dress from here and when it came, it wasn't the right size (my fault). Their web site says returns are no problem. Nothing can be further from the truth. This company is in Hong Kong and they have no return address on their web site, which works perfect for them because they won't take it back anyway. First they want pictures, then they want measurements, then they tell you if you don't want to send pictures (which I had already done), you can return the dress for a 50% refund. When all else fails and you still want to return the item, they say "the shipping fee is not cheap. We suggest you sell it locally at a good price or give it to your family member or friend as a gift." This has been their answer since the end of August. I still don't have a return address or authorization number from them and I'm sure I never will. If you order, I hope your item fits because you'll be getting the same standard e-mails I've been getting. Now I can't wait to hear them post here how they want to help - I already know it won't be happening, but it looks good when people read their horrible reviews.

I have emailed this company 4 times in the 48 hours I received my gown. I have a short deadline for this gown and the company has yet to respond to me. They are slow to get packages to you, and their customer service is not very good either. I had high hopes for this company, and I will not do business with them again.

I ordered a dress from the site in early September. It is October and my daughter's homecoming was tonight and I still don't have the dress! I ordered the sane dress from another company and received it in three days. When I contacted ericdress, they would take multiple days to respond. When I explained that I wanted a refund, they stated I would only get half the refund! No dress, the event is over, dress still not shipped, but I am not owed an entire refund?! Worst company ever! Avoid them.

Pros: ordered three dresses, two arrived two weeks later, one is en route per Eric Dress emails. Quality craftsmanship. Nice colors.
Cons: Hideous, cheap, tacky fabric. The "chiffon" dress is thin nylon, like s $5 nightgown. The retro dress is a cheap quality, double-knit polyester with a flimsy nylon lining.
All the reviews on their website are glowing. They did not post my negative reviews.
Update: The third dress arrived in a timely fashion, about three weeks after placing the order. The quality of the construction is not quite as good as the first two dresses, but again, no matter as the fabric is LOW, LOW quality and VERY cheap. ERIC DRESS offered a $5 refund total for the three bad dresses. I cannot wear any of them. It was a complete waste of money.

I received a parcel costing me € 92. Nothing wrong with it (after a summary inspection), but at delivery I have been required to pay € 20 as custom duties or no delivery. No bill presented, no official paper for the request. I found it odd and arbitrary and, I supect, illegal. So I sent it back and asked for a refund: Of course they don't dream of it. I have no time to follow the dispute. I rather drop everything (loosing my money paid in advance), write a negative review and never look at them anymore. It was my first order.
