Absolutely shocking customer service and how to resolve simple issues that you've completely correctly. They respond extreme late with little to no information. It feels they are more bots than actual humans.
It's been over 3 days for a simple fix. I've had 1 reply a day asking questions I've already answered, thanks darkstar your such a help… not!
It feels like a muck around at this point

Epic Games doesn't seem to care about their current or prospective customers. They don't have customer service and they sell products without ever giving any support for them or a means of a return when the product is faulty.

Ruined my favorite game, I've lost all my love for rocket league thanks to this $#*!ty $#*!ing company. You've made it free which is amazing, but in return you made the game a absolute piece of $#*! nightmare. "Can't connect to epic servers". Not being able to transfer all inventory from console to PC and countless other $#*!ty problems that the company just ignores because they don't care about anyone or anything but the money they make.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Epic Games' customer support. Despite providing clear evidence of my hacked account and ownership, their only proposed solution was email verification. I have invested money in this account, and the lack of assistance or alternative resolutions is highly frustrating. I expected more from a company of this stature.

Do not purchase from these guys.

I would advise everyone to never purchase a thing from this cowboy company. I purchase cyberpunk from them with a brand new gaming pc. When it didn't work and the technical team couldn't resolve it, I asked for a refund. This was within 14 days of the purchase and as I couldn't even access the game, there was no way I could play and didn't play for more than two hours. I should therefore have been eligible for a refund but they kept refusing without giving an explanation and also refusing to give me their complaint procedure. Eventually they came back to say I had spent over 200 minutes on the game which was total rubbish.
It feels like an illegitimate company and I am taking legal action against them. In the meantime, to everyone, my advice is never ever purchase from them.

I don't feel safe anymore on this platform. I lost my account and no one helped me recover it, and I did every step fine. I sent my recent payment on my PayPal account transactions and the full details they asked for! I just didn't expect that from big name Epic Games to tell me that I can't recover my account after all; they just said they can't reach their own protocol. What a reason!
I did this to riot games and every platform game when I lost access and got hacked, and I recovered them all except epic games. I really should warn everyone thinking to buy or play anything on this unsecured platform. Really, thanks for not helping me. Thanks for giving a chance to the hacker that he owns my account now. I regret picking up this platform. Thanks for the steam.

Allright Launcher

I've never bought a game from Epic Games, so I can't speak about that. But this launcher gives out free games every week, and even though a lot of them are random small games that no-one's heard about, they do have some great ones. Although GTA made their launcher crash with the amount of people that went to 'buy' and play the game on there which was lovely. (: The lay-out is alright, and things are relatively easy to find. Downloading makes other things lag terribly for some reason, though. And I've never had that issue with other launchers.

If you have an EA account and recently did the same as I did,downloaded this app purely for the sims4 free pack on May 11... and nothing but problems and frustration since. Haven't been able to open it AT all, and I know I'm not the only one. Probably won't use this again.

This company needs a major management overhaul, and a new support staff. They make Steam look good where it comes to customer support. I've used a few clients, like Steam, Origin, even Bethesda; all have some level of support, that Epic entirely lacks, and no account support. I figure they really don't want my money. Fine.

What kind of Company only allows a certain number of refunds. Kids get excited to purchase new items and sometimes hit the wrong button or a glitch happens. Well too bad says Epic games. This is why as a adult who loves Gaming I Love Activision and the C. O. D brand. They stand behind you. Not themselves. You don't have to open a account and have a email as a child to
Play. Epic Games should be ashamed of yourselves. You won't get me to ever spend a dime or even play one of your games.

Absolute worst customer service. My account got hacked and I provided them with all the information needed to get my account back and they say its wrong but wont say what's off. I literally provided info to the very first purchase, card numbers, locations of where purchases were made with screenshots of the confirmation purchases but nope that's not good enough for their absurd customer service based in god knows what country. Screw this company.

I've been dealing with the customer service team at Epic Games for over two weeks after a hack or glitch removed a cosmetic item and 3300 v bucks from my account. Dreadful service which focuses on not addressing the issue and passing the buck to Microsoft Xbox support. Despite creating a second complaint and requesting a supervisor review, I've been basically ignored. So my solution is to give up, walk away and not spend another dollar on v bucks. Great for business!

About bans

Seems they have an automated system to detect cheating but it rarely works for people that know how to hide cheats. You will almost always get banned for blatant cheating or talking about cheating on voice as I believe they have an AI system that listens to your every move. It's also a problem because anyone with more than 20 viewers has the power to ban anyone they want with the stupid system whether they were cheating or not. I do not recommend spending your time on any game that they have.

Sadly the worst publisher on earth!
I verified myself as real owner with the email of creating my aacount, with bills of bought games and with my personal ID.
All does not care the support as my email was hacked and I just want them to change my email manually.
They just always send the same note "Please talk to your email provider" even if I already send the note "Microsoft told me that there is no way to get the email back".
DON'T buy here any game, as the give a sh-t on their customers! Just take the free stuff and let them f-ck themselves!

Major security leak

I bought a prepaid credit card I only registered to the epic game store. I only used it once to buy Red Dead 2.11 days after the purchase someone in Egypt Cairo drain the rest of the credit card. I tried bringing this to epics attention and all they suggested to me to remove the credit card from my account which there is no point doing this because it is a prepaid credit card that has been emptied already

Can't reset my parental code due to lack of support from tech team. They are not responsive have a lack of job knowledge as they all walked me through the exact same steps over and over and it didn't work.

They kept sending a link that that lead to a verification email that never arrived in my email box. I checked my spam and filters and nothing was setup tp block there email, but still didn't receive.

I bought a $30 game a few months ago and I installed it. Not only does it break my mouse cursor, but its also impossible to select any of the options in the settings menu to change it. Since its a few months ago, I can no longer get any of the $30 back. On top of that, I can't even take screenshots to prove the mouse glitch so you will just have to take my word for it.
In conclusion, if you want to buy games, just use steam. I've never experienced any problem like that with steam and it is very reliable.
