I don't really like Epic Games Store. It feels less convenient compared to other platforms. The interface is clunky, and navigating through it is often frustrating. The only reason I use it at all is for the occasional free game giveaways, which are nice but not enough to make up for the overall poor user experience. I hope they improve it in the future, but for now, it's just not my go-to platform.

Theyr support is worst, what a joke. My account got hacked and they give a $#*!. Lost hundreds of games. Try asking recovery but they do nothing. This companys account recover methods and security is absolutely nonexistend. They support more hackers and criminals than theyr customers. I advice never use this companys services.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever.

My sons acc got hacked and ofc it was changed to a russian e-mail. Even if we used a authenticator.

1st support was naaaaaa ima not do anything. Lazy $#*! that didn't bother to answer any questions nor do anything.

Sendt a new mail from his mothers acc and got a nice dude that was like. Yeah its stolen. And like always a RU mail. Its very common.
He/she fixed the acc in like 10 mins.

Got the acc back and set it up again.

He played like 8 matches. And now it's Perm Banned because of cheats. And we are NOT alone with this problem, its on a lot of different forums like reddit.

Tried to get it unbanned, because we now that he did not use any cheats. (he is playing on my comp). BUT again. We got prolly the first guy again that are like. Me ima get my paycheck anyway.

In my 25 years of gaming i have nvr ever talked or had to with a company support that is this bad. They are even worse then EA support, and that is impressing!.

So good luck getting some help from support..

I have been trying for the last 15 days to resolve an account issue. No possible way to actually call or chat with a live person. Their tech support repeatedly sends the same email on how to "fix" the problem, even when I have notified them multiple times their instructions do not work. Really a horrific tech support experience.

So i asked for my grandson's account to be temporary suspended to teach him a lesson. Since then, he hasn't been able to log back in. They offer no live support to help. We tried every possible way to restore his account. We lost 2 years of skins, lots of money lost. They just don't care! This is a common problem. There should be a class action lawsuit. I'm in.

Lifelong player permanent banned and they won't reverse it. Have never cheated in anyway. Epic games are thieves, do not support them. They will just take your money & remove your services.

I loaded up into the og fortnite of season 1 that i was promised and had to face with people doing high jumps and sprinting and climbing to max speed not anything like the ogs i used to remember fr loaded into no build cause not good enough for these newgens but then get pulled up on with fricking port a fort which is soo not og bruv also this tree at lonely lodge is off by 2 meters just delete game bro

What Kind Of Common sense does it make that epic puts bots with you to fill your duo or squad in ranked matches an the bots stare at Walls an do no help at all causing you to lose match an to go down in percentage on your rank. Epic you are nothing but ignorant pieces of $#*! who cater to your streamer partner and do absolutely nothing for the rest of the community other then dumb $#*!. I hope each and every ceo vice president and president of epic games choke on a huge $#*!..

I used to spent hundreds if not thousand on this site and its products, but recently they did me very dirty. Bought a $100 code and it did not work. Contacted them but they kept closing my ticket. Finally got a response that said no refunds for digital codes. Tried contacting again multiple times with no response at all. I thought a customer that spent so much would be given good customer service but no, they do not care. I am going through a lot right now and this was the final straw, left my account, moving on to another company with better games anyways, bye epic games, good riddance, keep exploiting third world countries for cheap call center labor...

My account got hacked. All my games worth about 250 bucks, my friends list, everything gone. Talked to support and they were able to get my name back, but other than that my account looked brand new. I then left for my grandfather's funeral for a total of 3 days and when I got back and checked my email I saw "do to you not replying to our emails well write your support ticket as resolved". After sending a few more emails, all i got were auto-written emails letting me to enable two-factor authentication which I did already have when my account was hacked. F*** you epic. I want my money back so I can buy my games on another platform.

Every time I try to have a nice time playing this game and completing quests for new stuff I have to deal with these mother $#*!ing cars and I can't have a good time because it's so stressful when I don't have a car and I get downed almost immediately and when I do have a car they blow it up and kill me immediately. I am so mad because I want to have a fun experience and these people spam their guns, fists, car bombs and all this stupid $#*!. Fix your stupid $#*! game or vault the damn cars and I will gladly add more money into your pockets you prices of $#*!.

My son has been playing Fortnite for over a year, spending all his allowance on the game. One day he starts up fortnight and everything is gone. All the skins battel passes everything, there support said they couldn't help to keep people account safe, well it didn't work very well. They did nothing for him. Terrible company, terrible support.

My daughter accidentally purchased the wrong item using her pocket money. She was so upset that I contacted epic games and requested a refund to which I was told NO. Stating if they gave a refund to her its showing favouritism. No it is rectifying a mistake made by a child clicking the wrong thing. No help at all from these fools! Keep away and do not waste your money on them when they do not care at all. Disgusting customer service...

Bought a $60 game from this site that was not even playable because the graphics were so buggy. Spent a long time troubleshooting the graphics, which took my playtime to over 2 hours. Emailed support for a refund and they quoted their refund policy back to me like they didn't even read my message. Found out from another rep that they are not even authorized to solve your problems, only give you the runaround. This was my first purchase on this site by the way. Never regretted anything this fast.

Pathetic customer service, all reading of a sheet, once the issue isn't on the sheet they can't help because they lack capacity of intelligence.

I called the phone number to talk to a live agent but it only has chat available which is suspicious since most people spend a lot of money on fort nite. I chatted with an agent and ask them to temporarily suspend my account without deleting anything they said they could. Now I am locked out of the account and can't get back in. They give you ridiculous questions to answer. Like the numbers and security code on the card I used approximately 3 years ago and the date I started fort nite, the ip address when I started approximately 3 years ago, the town i started in, and the email address i used. Then they messaged they don't monitor that email address. These people are liars! A lot of money wasted, no live agent to talk to, very shady company! Customer support is the worst here! Spend your money somewhere else with a live agent!

Immediately had my character hacked first online match after purchase of the deluxe content pack and was told I had surpassed the two hour play time despite not it was the base game I had played, I had waited to try online until i hit 50 the hack was a "friendly" one, made my character a god and all achievements and so on but no reversal or refund is possible, acknowledge the hack and are leaning on being a few minutes on the title screen as merit to not consider refund after listing the time with the base game. Clearly see I didn't touch the dlc content but point towards the policy of having the game open counting.
Specifically borderlands 3 which uses the same system as tiny tina's, which is experiencing the same hacking issue already.

If I could give them nothing it still would be too much credit to this piece of crap pc game launcher! I thought it could not be that bad with how people talk about crashing games or not being able to play there games that they BOUGHT, I know a lot of people could not update because of the error 1603 and many regular users stepped up and helped the community fix this and to them, u have all my respect. If there is a game that releases on epic just wait the year for Steam. I have tried all the fixes still will not download.
