I'm glad the company takes the time to add the worst possible overpowered items in the game and does nothing about it, but would rather nerf items that are already bad enough. Good work team.
I hate Epic Games. I don't understand how they land so many exclusivity deals with this crappy launcher. Everything runs worse on their system. I left a photo of the type of stuff I deal with them every single time I try to play a game on their platform. I know this wouldn't happen if I was on Steam. Most of the time, I have to play for a little while, then shut the entire thing down and reopen it. It's awful. I also hate Fortnite. I hate everything about this company. Seems they have an automated system to detect cheating but it rarely works for people that know how to hide cheats. You will almost always get banned for blatant cheating or talking about cheating on voice as I believe they have an AI system that listens to your every move. It's also a problem because anyone with more than 20 viewers has the power to ban anyone they want with the stupid system whether they were cheating or not. I do not recommend spending your time on any game that they have.
Epic Games customer service is appalling terrible and unresponsive. My son got several Fortnight vcards for Christmas. We followed the process to redeem and they never showed up in his account. I opened a ticket on 12/24 and literally didn't receive a response until a month later. They then sent another email a day later that they were closing the ticket because I didn't respond in a timely manner.
They should probably change the name of their "Free Games" service to "get a free weekly Sh!tty game that you will probably never actually play". One wonders if they will ever run out of the worst games ever made to give out for free every week. Why can't decent games be given out for free more frequently? I honestly don't even think it's worthwhile to log in after work hours every Thursday any more
$#*!ty $#*!ty game. Can't succeed if you don't have 0 ping. When connection is running good you get matched up with at least 2-3 pro players. Matched up with them because they're "the face of Fortnite" Fortnite doesn't care about us they only gaf about making their pro players look good.
Does anyone know how to get ahold of epic games by phone? My son's account was hacked he has been playing since the game came out and has so much money into the game. Epic games is telling him they cannot do nothing about it. Now I know there's others who have put a lot of money into this game so if I were u I would stop giving them ur money. If our accounts can't even be secured from hackers we no longer can trust epic games. This is stealing money and I really need help. I am deeply dissatisfied with Epic Games' customer support. Despite providing clear evidence of my hacked account and ownership, their only proposed solution was email verification. I have invested money in this account, and the lack of assistance or alternative resolutions is highly frustrating. I expected more from a company of this stature.
Already 10 emails have been sent back and forth and it is still not resolved when logging into my account. I only hear thank you for your patience and then a standard message again which does not solve the problem. This has been going on for 3 months now

Starting Christmas Day I entered in a gift card gave me a 25 digit code I entered that in on my Xbox did not receive my v-bucks and now then getting one message a day if that from epic games to resolve the issue still not resolved no one wants to deal with people that can't even answer a phone call

Fortnite sucks so bad. They neeeeeed to bring og back for longer. Put more bots in zero build lobbies and charge less for v bucks. The item shop for the past month has sucked. I'm looking to buy a new skin but the shop is so bad I can't find any good things to buy. Also the battle pass is terrible. I neeed better skins. Add stewie from family guy as a backbling. Get better :(
Don't download Fortnite from epic games. It has no security an everybody has aim bor. If i could rate it 0 i would.

I purchased a DLC for MechWarrior 5. Heroes of the Inner Sphere. After giving them 20 dollars I got a game in my library that wont launch. I wasted a whole night trouble shooting it and I'm so angry. I just want my money back.
Trash can of a game should end it company ideas are terrible just give up on a dead game. They try to make it better by adding random crossovers but are just tryna make the most money out of the game that's already dead. Instead of adding good updates they add new skins.
Every gun I this game only works for certain consoles that should not be like that an controllers does not have aim assist you can barely hit anything for 10 foot even streamers an pro players complain so why can't we get at least so things fixed like only being able to play with your own console Xbox plays with Xbox pc plays with pc it's only fair for the game community that's actually playing the game

Where do I begin...? I submitted support tickets to speak with a representative who could help me recover lost cosmetic items that I had spent money on. For some reason, all of the items I spent time grinding out on the Battle Pass and purchasing in-store just randomly disappeared after a couple of years of taking a break from the game. I followed their instructions, verified my email, provided them with email documentation of my account creation, receipts for purchases on the Microsoft Store, name, emails, addresses, payment card numbers and name of banks used, location of purchases, EVERYTHING! Any normal company that is similarly attempting to help recover accounts wouldn't ask for even half of all the things they listed. However, I provided it all anyway so they could help me get my lost items back on my six-year-old account. But for what? For nothing. They refused service and kept repeating that there are "security discrepancies" and could not verify my account ownership despite sending receipts and emails and the rest of the slew of information I sent them. What is incredibly frustrating is they do nothing else but keep parroting that line and provide no further explanation of what these particular discrepancies are and how I can remedy them. They outright REFUSE SERVICE. Essentially, they gave me one try at remembering all the information of a video game account created six years ago and will no longer assist me. Like is this a joke? This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. It feels like theft. It feels like they stole my money and are withholding it from me. It's like going to the airport and providing your passport but the TSA agent says, "This photo doesn't look like you" but in reality, it was a photo of you taken six years ago before you had a beard. The TSA agent doesn't believe you when you say it's you, so you provide him with your birth certificate, voting records, social security number, etc. and he still says it isn't you and arrests you. That. That is exactly what this feels like. I've been through God knows how many representatives that change each time I send a response and they keep dodging my questions and demands for refunds and to speak with a manager. It's absolutely disgusting how they conduct business and only care about money rather than actually helping their customer base. Shameful business practices... DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS, THEY WILL NOT DO A DAMN THING TO HELP YOU.

There are no words that can describe my frustration. I have the invoices for all the games I bought with this platform in my email and it is not possible to recover anything in my account.
The support does not work. I have had games since 2021 and my account has not worked since then. 2 years ago.
