I have been purchasing Azodyl 90 ct small caps from the for years. This is a heat sensitive medicine. They were great at customer service and getting your order out up untill the past year. This meds cost $74 and $35 for 1-2 day shipping so i place the order usually on a fri so they can ship it out on monday. LOL well know i have to play games calling every week because a week will go by and they dont ship your order and then you pay for 1-2 day shipping you they tell you it will ship monday even though it already has been a week since you placed the order now tues you call they tell you that oh maybe by thursday lol remeber $34 1-2 day shipping Avoid them you have been warned. When you call know one knows how to answer your questions and they disconnect the call
I ordered basket muzzle for our toy Schnauzer to protect her from Bufo toads. When the muzzle arrived, I tried it on our pup. She was able to open her mouth, so It won't work. I called customer service to get a return code and was told that I wouldn't get a refund because I had tried it on the dog. How else would I know if it even fit?
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
My dogs just love these crunchy snacks - "Smokehouse Prime Chips" - Chicken breast and Beef Ligament - And I love that they are made in the USA. Decent price, easy to order and shipped quick. What more could you ask for.
They sent an expired bottle and we ordered chewable vitamins and they sent vitamins that need to be swallowed. Our dogs don't swallow vitamins. We bought through Amazon and just asked to send a bottle that was not expired and the chewable we asked for. They denied our claim. We sent back the vitamins and we did not receive new vitamins or our money back. Find another company to buy from. Best
I ordered some pet meds for my dog and set it up on autoship. When I realized the meds didn't work for my dog I tried to go online and cancel the autoship. There is no place on the website to do this. I tried calling and never got anyone to answer. I sent emails to cancel the autoship but never got a response but I also didn't receive anymore autoshipments until 10 months later that I get an email stating my shipment is on it's way. I again tried calling and finally got a return call. I was told to refuse the delivery and that I would be refunded my money. It has been over a month and no refund. I've called several times and keep getting told they are working on it. Do not use this company!
Good prices, terrible customer service. My first order was great so I reordered more items. Unfortunately, one of the items was on backorder. Rather than shipping what they had in stock they held the order. It was a week before they notified me that they were holding the order. I finally said cancel the backordered item and send what is in stock. Well now three items are on backorder. They are now shipping without the three items (one of which is flea & tick medication). Instead of upgrading the shipping to get the order to me quicker it will take a week to get to me. This company has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction. My order hasn't arrived yet but it appears to be scheduled to arrive on Monday *three weeks after my order. Of course, I am missing three items that I ordered.
Sometimes it is just worth paying a little more with the assurance you will get your order when you expect it. I suspect this is my last order with them :(
Unless your business does not require any customer service or human involvement with your order you may be OK. This is a PURE mail order company. My dog has an eye infection and I have been dealing with them for 2 months to get a prescription filled. PROS- cost is lower. CONS- NO CUSTOMER SEVICE! They do not respond to email. USPS mail or return phone calls. I prepaid for meds so I am forced to try to get this resolved. I have called many times. Hold time is at min 30 minutes and in most cases you get disconnected at least once while on hold. Prescription emailed, Faxed and USPS Mail. All done per their requirement and request. Never received meds or a call from them that the prescription was received or items were shipped. ALL request send to them I asked for confirmation. NEVER EVER HAPPEN. Read other reviews where customers needed to contact entirelypets. You will note a 100% FAILURE
I ordered a dog food Aug22 and status has been pending for a week. After a week I called customer service and I was told it was shipped today and I'd get tracking number by email.
Another week passed and I called again. Then guy said it will be shipped from dog food company directly and they didn't know if it was shipped or still at warehouse.
So I called the Taste of the wild and just was told it was only Entirelypets know the details and dealing with it. I don't have a time to waste more for hungry husky so just disputed and ordered at Petco. It was only like $5 cheaper and wasted 2 weeks so I wouldn't recommend to anyone or buy from this company.
Was happy to find low prices AND a coupon code for a few pet items we needed in a pinch when our new cat was stressed and timid when we brought him home. Placed order. Received order conf email, then received backordered email. 1 of the items was backordered, so all items were being held to ship. Forget it! Went to site for live chat and pulled teeth and wasted sooooo much time to cancel entire order. Took forever and then the live chat person simply refused to respond when I asked for a confirmation email or number for the cancellation.
Spend your time and money with a reputable seller and skip this place. Ugh. Unprofessional much?
I usually order Nupro through Amazon Prime but they stopped carrying it. Found it here at a decent price but it took way too long to receive it. Didn't ship for like 3 days. When I finally got a tracking number it didn't give me a time frame. It was a ups tracking number. Because it had been over a week and still hadn't received it when I checked tracking it said it was changed to USPS and no known date of delivery. Took about 2 weeks to get it.
I order Cosequin often from EntirelyPets as I have two cats, ages 22 and 18each order is packages and shipped usually within 24 hours of my order and comes quickly in regular mail. I watch for the shiny white plastic envelope and Im never disappointed in the service. Highly recommend EntirelyPets!
For the last month or so I've been getting offers from Entirely Pets. Possibly if I lived in the US and had pets, I would be interested. Since I don't, I tried to unsubscribe, which really ticks me off because I never heard of them before, let alone subscribed. Their unsubscribe link doesn't work, comes up as URL invalid. I tried replying to one of their many eMails, with no response except for more ads. And I did mention that I'm in Eastern Canada and wouldn't buy pet supplies from California.
Good luck canceling any autoship orders. Scammers. Buyer BEWARE. Still fighting to get $ back. It's been months. I canceled in July, they continued sending product a few months later. Tried to cancel, but they sent it anyway. They told me to just do a 'return to sender.' This is the scam, because as I've learned the hard way, there is no way to track this. Now they are saying they didn't receive it. I will be disputing this with my credit card company, using email correspondence. As well I will report them to the BBB.
I ordered Denamarin for my dog, thinking I was going to save some money. Well, the free shipping didn't apply as I was in Canada. OK, I paid the $20 shipping. Took more than 2 weeks to get here and because it was shipped via some other 3rd party, I was asked to pay another $25 COD! Even worse, there are no expiry dates listed anywhere on the boxes. My kitties love this dental treat, as long as my 4 kitty kats (Honcho, Midnight, Mondu, Canelo) are happy then I am happy. I was recommended this product from one of my cats' previous owners, he was in a wheelchair and could no longer care for this cat, he sent me home with a bag of this for Honcho. They go bonkers for it.
This place is scamming people left and right! Do not give them your money! You will never get your item and they will never refund you! Just look at the reviews on The BBB and their Facebook pages..
Knowing how important this vetmedin was, there had been a delay with getting prescription, once they had it I called asking how soon it would be sent out, well it'll hve to go to pharmacy, another delay, then once it was at pharmacy, it remained there with my being told they have several customers and would get it out soon, another call and i found out they were on back order but hadnt bothered to tell me. I immediately cancelled order and received them from another place shortly after.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
