I do like this site pretty much. They have LOTS of products, very good prices, FLAT SHIPPING RATE in most of the products (I guess there are some that don't apply for, but every one I bought), VERY VERY GOOD OFFERS that you will not find other else. I knew this site through Amazon.com when I purchased a Frontline for my dog and beside the great value I got, they gave a plus of free shipping if purchasing form their site directly. I was a bit scared, thinking I could loose my money, but what I got was a very good service, fast delivery, true offers and more value. Very serious people that fulfill what they promise. Plus: they have 100% natural products too.

I places an order with entirely pets on 9/20/10. My credit card was declined. I knew it was not an error and the credit card would always be declined. So I placed another order (not identical) on 9/23/10 and used a different credit card. In Dec. 2010 i got an email saying my order was shipped (I had not placed another order). So three months after the declined order they decided to put it threw on credit card info I gave for another order. I called and they said they just randomly rerun orders on declined cards. That might make sense if they did it on the credit card I used to purchase that particular order. Not sure if this is even legal, but I will find out and act accordingly

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item (Advantage) instead of the correct item (Frontline). When I called to explain my blunder, I was greated with a healpful, unrushed return process. I recieved my Frontline today and my yorkie could be happier to get rid of these fleas. These guys are great!

I was skeptical, but after I spoke with the customer service represenatives, I felt like they were pretty knowlegable. I didnt expect to recieve my order within 2days, nor did i expect free samples and coupons!... I have found my new favorite site

If they make a mistake, you've had it! - Great when things go smoothly. If they get confused and cancel your order but take the money from your credit card you'll have months of sending emails, trying to phone them, (they leave you hanging on for 5 minutes then cut you off without answering). You do the on-line help thing with someone who promises to sort it out and doesn't but who tells you the order was dispatched yesterday when it wasn't, then they say they'll refund and they don't.

After four months I gave up and called my bank and they are taking it up with them. I hope they charge them interest!
