Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company.
They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it.
I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month.
Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.
Have been a loyal customer since 2017, getting Kidney meds for my buddy. I placed an order last Monday evening 3/2/20, paid the 2nd day extra charge, because Azodyl has to be shipped cold. Should have received Thursday, never came. Called them and was told the shipping dept said all orders for Azodyl were shipped out on Weds 3/4/20 and should arrive on Friday. Never came, couldn't get ahold of anybody to check on status of my order. Got a BS text message saying be patient, their experiencing issues due to an update. Now when you call the number it says the number is no longer in service. Thought something rotten was going on. This happened last time I ordered, got a supervisor to credit and correct the error. He assured me it wouldn't happen again. Deja Vu, Stay away
From what I have seen through the years, Entirely Pets ties up multiple Google ads from successful companies so that their ads show up at the top of your google searches, but they don't actually carry the items you are ordering. Then they put you on infinitely backorder until they can get the product in stock to ship out to you. They've done this to our company until we told them to stop using our name & products' names in their google ad without our permission & I've experienced it myself personally. I ordered an item on September 30 and still have not received it, nor have I received any communication on when the item will be in stock & ship to me. EVEN WORST- I called them on October 3rd and spoke to customer service. They were supposed to check on the back ordered item & call me back. Today is October 12th and I haven't received my item, nor did I ever receive a phone call back! 1000% failure as a company!
Glad you actually received what you ordered from them! I placed an order 12/9/17, it never shipped so I contacted them 12/15/17 to question why. The product was out of stock, but theyd expedite it once they received it on 12/16/17. As of 1/6/18 still no order, I contacted them for a refund. They couldnt find my order. I send them pictures of my order & my payment receipts. They said expect it in 2-4 business days. 1 week later, no refund, contact them again, cant find my order. I threatened the BBB on them. I just received my refund!
Took 2 months before they randomly decided to overcharge me more than I agreed to in my order confirmation, and send out my dogs prescriptions. Despite over 20 phone calls and emails they never answered starting from immediately after ordering and seeing the overcharge. Now a year later they're trying to auto ship another $300 order.
Same thing for me too! I just ordered treats for my cat. My package always took a tour of several states before arriving a week after shipping. I had numerous problems with them. The only good thing is I will no longer use them since I found another provider. I placed my order on 06/28/17 and expected delivery is 07/01/17. The treats are much cheaper too.
Same thing here! I called and they said they did not get authorization from my vet (more than a week from the order). Called the vet's office and receptionist said she had sent authorization, but would call them and send it again. I reply to the original email and waited days before receiving another email claiming they had only received authorization on one of the two medications I ordered a YEAR's supply of. Two week later - no medications for which the dog is overdue!
