Horrible customer service. DO NOT order from this website. I found this website because American Express advertise on their website. Their order will never be on time, I waited for 2 wks and want to cancel afterwards but they told me the order has been ship out the same day that I called. The rep wouldn't let me cancel the order and promised me will refund half of my shipping but it never got credit. The funny part is they told me if I really don't want it I can't reject the order when it arrives. OK am I gonna be home wait for them for 24/7 to reject the order... HELL NOOOOO!
I ordered some Angel Eyes natural anti tear-staining chews, used them for a few weeks. It did not work on my dogs. My groomer told us several of their customers indicated the new natural formula is not working on their dogs either. I emailed entirelypets.com and they do not refund or exchange for opened items. How do I know it's not going to work if I don't open it and try it. I read this in their Q&A because they didn't even respond to my emails or requests for some type of resolution. Very disappointed in this company. I ordered from Amazon instead, which I should have known better to start. Amazon also has better prices. Don't be fooled by this company as they don't have any follow-through on their service.
Dog Treats -- "Made in China". When you go to the website, the product description has nothing about where it's made. Not until you purchase it and it's delivered to your house do you know. Deceptive practice. All items should have where they are made clearly stated under the product description.
I've ordered from them for several years and always had great experiences... rapid shipping and everything complete. However... in Sept I ordered a product that was horrible and asked to return it. Got an RGM # and returned. According to the tracking # they received the package Oct 2. I STILL have not received credit in spite of numerous emails. I get responses saying they're sorry and it'll be credited, blah, blah, blah. Last email from them was Oct 17 saying my credit card company would issue the credit w'/in 4 business days. Still nothing. This is a significant amount of money and I'm totally disgusted. I'll never order again in spite of the fact I'll be paying more someplace else, but I refuse to do business with a company who is so incompetent.
I'm not sure what this company is "about" but they seem to have a BIG problem with overnight shipping. The product I order has to be refrigerated and for the 2nd time in a row I pay the $30 for "FED Ex Priority Overnight" BUT the package never gets here in a timely fashion and of course, the product is warm... ice packs are completely thawed. I follow up with Fed Ex and discover that the issue is with Entirely Pets. They do not meet the FedEx deadline and the package does not make the plane! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU... they may have good pricing but there's a reason and it's not a good one!
I have been a loyal customer of Entirely Pets for 10 years. Having adopted a special needs pet with multiple medical issues, their prices were the best. However, this last order was incomprehensible. They put a portion of my order on AUTOSHIP without my authorization. The Autoship was NOT on my order confirmation i received via. The only way i found out is that i received a shipping confirmation today for things i did not order. I know for a fact i did not sign up for Autoship... Not one merchant has ever been authorized to charge my card for a an item or service automatically (i dont believe in it) AND... my dog could not possibly eat the amount of treats in a month they it was setup by me as AUTOSHIP. Their email shipping confirmation for the AUTOSHIP order did not have any prices as to what my cc was charged. Very shady. They REFUSED to issue a call tag... then they told me they are going to go back and charge my cc for the order I placed the month before, since i got an AUTOPAY discount on that order they were taking it back! I will take this up with the dispute dept of my credit card company. I spend close to 500 bucks a year with this company and am happily taking my business elsewhere. Who sends an email confirmation for one dollar amount, but charges your card for something different? UNETHICAL. STAYYYYY FARRRR AWAY!
I have ordered from this site several times now, and each time the product actually came quicker than was projected. This last time I ordered enough product to get free shipping and still received my order the very next day. It has been in my experience that these guys are really on the ball.
Only giving this review one star because there's not an option for zero which they deserve. EntirelyPets is terrible. I have been using viralys for two and a half months now on my three rescue cats. It has done a great job at keeping the feline herpes virus at bay. Trying to save some money, I purchased this product from EntirelyPets as I saw that it was on sale. I purchased two bottles. I administered a dime sized dose to my 6 month old kitten when immediately after administering it, she started foaming at the mouth and throwing up. She continued to spit up for about three hours afterward. I was shocked at the reaction and tried giving the same dose to my other two year old maine coon thinking it might have been a fluke reaction. She experienced the same reaction which had never been experienced for the two months prior and five other bottles of viralys they have gone through. I immediately took them to my local vet concerned with their behavior. My vet instructed me not to give them the viralys and that it must have been a bad batch. With that said, I was stuck paying a veterinary bill and now needed to return the two bottles (still one unopened) back to EntirelyPets. EntirelyPets refused to take accountability even though they jeapardized my cats health selling me a defective product, and even refused to give me a refund on the two bottles I had purchased because one was opened. I am sickened that a company operates like this and exhibits such poor customer service. My only other option now is to try and have the manufacturer send me new bottles in a desperate attempt to bounce back from this complete rip-off and headache. BUYERS BEWARE. Viralys in general is a good product but do not buy from this company. You will waste your money because the seller will refuse to refund you AND more importantly, your animals may become sick."
Don't purchase from this company. All last week I was trying to get a refund on a product. They sent me the wrong product and I refuse to pay the shipping back to them (since it was their mistake). Jaz was extremely unhelpful in the situation --- sending vague emails with promises he didn't intend to keep. I purchased off of Amazon - was sent the wrong product - and then told the product was out of stock. Unacceptable. Terrible customer service. They are only in the business to make money.
They are awful, lie, are deceitful and I will never order from them again. ON the front page they have an order tracking tab, which for me is very important because it is an international shipment and on the shipping confirmation email I received hey gave me a tracing number. Should work, right? Well, sadly, no. A few weeks after placing the order decided to try the tracking to see when I should expect to receive the order, trackig number didn´t work. I did the email thing - we will look into it, and the was told because it was an international shipment it was untrackable - I was like, WHAT? 110$ later and this? So I tried the love chat and same deal 3 times until the last guy told me that they don´t offer tracking and I actually had to point out that on their own webpage they do actually offer tracking - these people are completely ridiculous and the company is not reliable - I will NEVER order from them again and have 2 words for them - SOCIAL MEDIA..."

I don't know how this company stays in business. The first time i ordered from them, it took three weeks to get my order. Customer service was absolutely worthless. Could not tell where my order was or even if it had been shipped.
Against my better judgement, I decided to give them another chance, so on my next order, I payed extra for priority shipping. Very excited. Received my order in four days. Only problem is they shipped the wrong product. Customer service said I could keep the product that was sent and the correct product would be shipped that day and should have it by the end of the week. We will see.
Good prices, terrible customer service. My first order was great so I reordered more items. Unfortunately, one of the items was on backorder. Rather than shipping what they had in stock they held the order. It was a week before they notified me that they were holding the order. I finally said cancel the backordered item and send what is in stock. Well now three items are on backorder. They are now shipping without the three items (one of which is flea & tick medication). Instead of upgrading the shipping to get the order to me quicker it will take a week to get to me. This company has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction. My order hasn't arrived yet but it appears to be scheduled to arrive on Monday *three weeks after my order. Of course, I am missing three items that I ordered.
Sometimes it is just worth paying a little more with the assurance you will get your order when you expect it. I suspect this is my last order with them :(
Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 2/28. On 3/19, I contacted them. My whole order was on hold for 3 backordered items. I was told they could send the available items for an additional 3.00 charge. I said
OK because I needed them for Easter. I STILL have not received my items (4/22), despite several phone calls. And I just got my credit card bill, and the SOBs charged me! Never again will I order from these bozos.
I have ordered a lot of products from this web site and I have always experienced fast and correct shipments. I order all my flea and tick medicine for my dogs and cat because after checking other prices this web site offers the lowest price.
Not even one bloody star. I haven't received my order and have had ZERO response to emails. They have my money and I have diddly squat! Scam, scam, SCAM! DO NOT ORDER from these guys - dodgy as!
Products arrived as stated, with correct pricing and was well packaged. However, was not shipped USPS as promised but by a USPS partner so package was held for ransom for an additional 18$ COD charge (in addition to the 12$ USPS COD charge). Asked for a supervisor - was told one would call me back (twice) or one wasn't available (twice). One of their customer support agents stated I should have refused to pay the additional COD charges - despite their fine print stating that refused shipments will not be refunded. No supervisor ever phoned or addressed the overcharge on 4 separate phone calls and days. Two of the four customer service agents were also rude. Emailed twice - and my emails were never answered - though quickly answered before ordering.
I placed an order on Nov 13, for $122 and my card was charged on the 15th. On the 19th I inquired on the status as it showed it had not shipped yet. I received an email response saying my order had shipped that morning. On the 26th I called regarding the status of my order as on their website it showed that it had not shipped. I was told they would 'notify' the warehouse the following day... no supervisor on duty on Cyber Monday... really? I left a vm and sent an email, today (28th) still no response, no merchandise and no credit to my credit card. Shame on Entirely Pets, as you can see from other posts this is a common practice. They won't be getting any more money/business from me!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! If you value good customer service, or ANY customer service, this place is not for you! I am still waiting for a shipment I ordered 5 days ago, and I can't even get a person to tell me where my order is! They can't tell me A SINGLE THING about my order! This is unbelievable. I will never, EVER order from them again. I hope I actually get my merchandise, as they have already charged my credit card! I can't believe other people think this is a good company. They sound incredibly bad, and almost like a scam. BEWARE CONSUMERS!
I am very disappointed. I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise on sept 3rd. Here it is sept 13th and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service is poor at best. I have called their 'toll free number' which at any point of the day is a message machine and I've emailed which has gotten no response. It bothers me that they have my credit card info. I will not be ordering from them in the future.
I've been ordering from Entirelypets for years. I always receive quick shipping (e.g., 2 to 3 days) and haven't had a single bad experience. Their prices are very competitive. I would definitely recommend them and will order from them again in the future.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
