If I had known that Healthy Pets and Entirely Pets are the same, I never would have ordered products from Healthy Pets.
My experiences with Entirely Pets have been so bad over the years - lost orders, false charges, horrible and confusing customer service, being pre charged for back ordered items that take months to show up if at all, and difficultly canceling back ordered stuff and getting the proper refund - it never ends.
The website is at best wonky, and the email communications are never informative, and often bizarre and misleading.
Healthy Pets is just a continuation of the misery - I ordered a few things via a Thanksgiving sale, charged immediately, and the "back ordered" bizarro emails from Healthy Pets started soon after.
Now, almost a month later I get an email from Entirely Pets about my Healthy Pets order asking if I received it! I look at the site, and the order is now at Entirely Pets and still pending shipment. I call what turns out to be the phone number for both, and I am told that from today it will take at least an additional eight weeks to get any of the items shipped, even though they are from different manufacturers. WHAT?
Do yourself a favor and avoid, avoid, avoid.
I normally use Chewy.com which is OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately I used this website because they had special food for colitis which no one else had. They charged my card and called me to ask why my billing and shipping address were different and a week later they still have not shipped the food! They have not even sent me an email confirming the charge or the order. I call to get an ETA for the goods and they said 8 to10 working days AFTER it ships! First and last time I will EVER use this site. Not worth the trouble or price and especially not the time.

I ordered a bunch of items for my cat and they were shipped 5/5/20. Half of the items didnt ship and were backordered. I also received dog joint chews instead of cat joint chews. I have contacted the company 4 times with no response. It is now July 2nd and I still have not received the backordered items. My credit card was charged for all the items, even the dog joint chews I didn't order. Stay far away from this company. Ive never had any issues like this before. I have zero clue how they are still in business.
Merricks has discontinued the Cowboy Cookout in the 3 oz. Cans. The website should not be advertising this product. It is not coming back. My order cancelled as soon as I placed it. And when I tried another site, it cancelled there too, saying it was "backordered." It is not backordered, it is not being made any more.
I had such a difficult time finding Duralactin tablets for my dog. Nobody had it in stock, and when it was in stock, it was a fortune. Then I found EntirelyPets. Wowza! In stock for nearly half the cost. And it arrived in two days w Free Shipping! Customer for life.
As others note, the customer service is terrible. I ordered joint chewables and have not heard a word in over 5 days.
I wouldn't order from them simply because they don't indicate on their site what is in stock and what isn't. Apparently the chewables are in backorder with no timeline?!
In addition on their communications they don't indicate the customer service number or email. You gotta dig, which is always a bad sign to me.
I will NOT be purchasing anything from Entirely Pets ever again! I ordered 12 months of Trifexis flea treatment for my dog & it was a decent price & was delivered in a timely manner. But... it came without the original boxes! These boxes have the barcode that is needed for the rebate that Elanco offered ($50)! When I called Entirely Pets, I was told that they buy these meds in bulk & there aren't any boxes. And if I want to return it, I have to do it at my own expense. How do I even know that these aren't knockoffs?! Not going to buy from the, again!
I made a purchase with a discount code EntirelyPets offered and a $10 gift card. During check out, there were 2 fields for discount code and/or gift card #. After I entered them, the checkout page was updated to reflect the correct total. However, my real charge was NOT the same as what was shown on the checkout page -- the $10 gift card was not counted.
I chatted with their agents twice, sending them the screen shots of the checkout page, but was told there is nothing they can do because they "can" only "honor" 1 discount.
First of all, why is a gift card considered as "discount" is beyond me.
Second, there should not be 2 fields offered if only one will be accepted. Definitely they should not have "accepted" status.
Third, which bothers me the most, why was I shown a total with both taken into calculation then charged a different amount?
Fourth, even after I pointed out the errors of their system, there is still "nothing" they can do? Really?
Please stop ripping your customers off and "honor" the price you gave during the checkout process.

Best price online, which is great. However, it's medication I need for my horse promptly, and if I am spending almost $1000, I would expect shipping to be a lot faster than it was.

Package was held up at Canadian Border Services for two weeks because of Christmas mail slow down. The package arrived today. We'll put it to work but I expect no problems. Merck is a good company.

I reordered the Vita-Soothe shampoo, which was or years later is still exclusive to Entirely Pets. It is always received on-time and very well packaged, so that it does not leak.
Being a professional breeder, I give my own vaccinations. Buying the Merial 3:1, I spend $8-$9/ dose. I'm certain the meds aren't expired and have been shipped, and stored cold. (The vet charges $25.) Kittens need one at 8,12 and 16 weeks. I like to provide my pet parents with all 3 vaccines, so as not to add to their costs.
I've shopped all around and EPM is the best buy!

Goods coming into the UK get held up here whilst the import tax is calculated but as nothing is perishable, it's not an issue. Will use Entirely Pets again.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
