Ordered Joint max 2x strength 120 count... received them promptly: hard as a rock, should be relabeled " hard as rock non-chewables" by either Entirely Pets or Joint max, whomever allowes these to be shipped to a paying customer like myself... no reply from entirely Pets on options to resolve the issue, yet... Main concern: don't they check what they are shipping out?... meanwhile I have 27.94$ of useless ex-chewys that where not chewable by my dog when I received them
I absolutely loved this sight the first few times I used it. The prices were fair, and they always had good deals. However the last time I ordered I was told one of my items was back ordered.( for one they shouldn't have sold me a item they didn't even have in stock.) They told me via voicemail I could either do a partial order or wait for the item to be in stock. I called back immediate and the number they left on the voicemail wasn't even a working number... So I email them and told them I would like a partial order and they could send the other item when it came in... no response... so I sent a second email letting them know I called and emailed and didn't get a response. No response once again. I have sent them a THIRD email today. I ordered my items TWO months ago and have not seen the first product nor has any of it been shipped. Very disappointed in this company

Entirely pets did not process our order and there's no way to contact them their phone was always busy. Now I have to cancel an order after 2 weeks of waiting without an answer..

I ordered from them several times and have items shipped to Canada. When I placed my last order, my shipping cost was the same, 19.99. When nothing was shipped out after a week, I called and was told my shipping would be an additional $28.99! Spoke to a very rude, curt manager, who basically told me. Oh well... I do like this site pretty much. They have LOTS of products, very good prices, FLAT SHIPPING RATE in most of the products (I guess there are some that don't apply for, but every one I bought), VERY VERY GOOD OFFERS that you will not find other else. I knew this site through Amazon.com when I purchased a Frontline for my dog and beside the great value I got, they gave a plus of free shipping if purchasing form their site directly. I was a bit scared, thinking I could loose my money, but what I got was a very good service, fast delivery, true offers and more value. Very serious people that fulfill what they promise. Plus: they have 100% natural products too.

DO NOT USE! I currently have an order for very important medication for my dog and they have never processed nor answered any of my emails or voice mails. I finally had to go and get it from another company that managed to get it to me in 7 days! I'm still trying to get someone to respond to cancel, but again NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered a product 10/28/19 for my dog and, unfortunately, I had to put her down 11/4/19. I immediately sent the product back, and I still haven't gotten my money back (2/3/20)! I think all their employees are busy writing "FAKE GREAT REVIEWS" for them instead of actually working and taking care of their customers the way a legit business would. Someone needs to shut them down!
I was happy to find refills for flea traps at EntirelyPets at a great price. I was even happier when they arrived very quickly. Next time I need something pet related, I'll certainly check this site.

I placed an order on Nov 13, for $122 and my card was charged on the 15th. On the 19th I inquired on the status as it showed it had not shipped yet. I received an email response saying my order had shipped that morning. On the 26th I called regarding the status of my order as on their website it showed that it had not shipped. I was told they would 'notify' the warehouse the following day... no supervisor on duty on Cyber Monday... really? I left a vm and sent an email, today (28th) still no response, no merchandise and no credit to my credit card. Shame on Entirely Pets, as you can see from other posts this is a common practice. They won't be getting any more money/business from me!
Four weeks since I placed an order for four simple products. I have received nothing. There's a reason Entirely Pets is flooded with one-star reviews.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Same thing happened to me. Its been two months but I still haven't received my products.
Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
