Put in a $100 order over a week ago. Says same day shipping. My order has been pending for a week. No response from customer service. I'm starting to think they ripped me off. Total joke of a company
I'm really picky about what food I give my pets, and EntirelyPets is one of the only places that I can find everything I need in place. I've had nothing but great experiences ordering from them!
Horrible customer service. DO NOT order from this website. I found this website because American Express advertise on their website. Their order will never be on time, I waited for 2 wks and want to cancel afterwards but they told me the order has been ship out the same day that I called. The rep wouldn't let me cancel the order and promised me will refund half of my shipping but it never got credit. The funny part is they told me if I really don't want it I can't reject the order when it arrives. OK am I gonna be home wait for them for 24/7 to reject the order... HELL NOOOOO!
I have a hard time finding the duck breast strips that my little Daisy wants. She will not eat any other kind. Entirely Pets has them and she loves them! When she's happy, we're all alot happier!
Have been a loyal customer since 2017, getting Kidney meds for my buddy. I placed an order last Monday evening 3/2/20, paid the 2nd day extra charge, because Azodyl has to be shipped cold. Should have received Thursday, never came. Called them and was told the shipping dept said all orders for Azodyl were shipped out on Weds 3/4/20 and should arrive on Friday. Never came, couldn't get ahold of anybody to check on status of my order. Got a BS text message saying be patient, their experiencing issues due to an update. Now when you call the number it says the number is no longer in service. Thought something rotten was going on. This happened last time I ordered, got a supervisor to credit and correct the error. He assured me it wouldn't happen again. Deja Vu, Stay away
Spent $69, it "came with" free shipping, but they ship UPS "sure post," which means they give it to UPS in CA, then UPS ships it to your nearest post office sorting facility! Meaning at minimum it takes an additional day. I ordered on a Saturday, EntirelyPets SAYS they shipped on Monday, departure scan not prepared by UPS until Tuesday and finally on Saturday it's in Illinois. It's scheduled to be delivered 7 business days, 10 days after I ordered. We'll see if it's here by then. Bottom line, beware of "free shipping," make sure it's really "UPS" not "UPS SurePost" which IMO is a crock of $#*!.
Placed an order for a VERY IMPORTANT HORSE SUPPLEMENT that could actually be a life or death situation... Paid for everything via Credit Card with expedited overnight shipping to be here for my beloved horse. Being Sunday I figured maybe they didn't get the order out and it would be Tuesday... after repeated phone calls with NO ANSWER, I Finally reached someone via email them stating they needed the 3 digit code off my card before processing order... Beyond Furious with their poor customer service. Canceled order, would never recommend!
Entirely pets has very good prices on their products, but I have NEVER dealt with any company with poorer customer service or promises made that weren't kept. There is NO COMPANY worth the brain damage caused by trying to deal with Entirely Pets.

First, their shipping is by horse drawn cart. Took 8 days to arrive! Now for the product review - the CET Enzymatic Chews are suppose to be flavored with either beef or chicken flavor - my order had none and one package had a huge hole in it. Tried to return and was told I had to pay shipping. Then was told to take a picture of the product - how dumb is that as if a picture could let them smell the product.
NEVER BUY FROM ENTIRELY PETS - SAME PRODUCT IS ON AMAZON WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item (Advantage) instead of the correct item (Frontline). When I called to explain my blunder, I was greated with a healpful, unrushed return process. I recieved my Frontline today and my yorkie could be happier to get rid of these fleas. These guys are great!
Dr Marty's infomercial says there is a 100% money back guarantee BUT entirely pets DOES NOT have that same policy even though they sell and promote Dr Marty's Freeze Dried Dog Food. My suggestion: go straight to the source and cut out the middle man (Entirely Pets). They do not have a good return policy.
I have always ordered my Kong balls from entirly pets, normally I would get them in a reasonable amount of time, this year I ordered on 12/02/14, knowing it was Christmas time I have allowed for a few days, I called to find out where they were, customer service said it didn't ship until last Friday and I am still waiting
I made an order on March 24 2020 and despite many emails from me, I have not received my goods and no replies. On their site it shows as pending. It is fraud

I have ordered these before... was surprised in the package if the Synivo4 which used to be a plastic pail. This one is easier to store..
I ordered my product (fish antibiotics) may 2and. My order is still pending & non of their ways to reach customer service has worked. I went elsewhere, but can't get my unshipped order canceled because it is still pending, emails are ignored (1st sent on 7th, 2nd on 11th, with a warning of 10-14 day delay), chats disabled, and can't get anyone on the phone.
My husband order the vanilla mint toothpaste for our dog who has specific medical needs and can only use this particular flavor. Instead of the vanilla mint entirely pets delivered beef flavor. I received an email asking me to post a positive review. Instead, I contacted customer service and let them know that we received the wrong flavor. We never heard back from them. So I followed up with a phone call to customer service. I sat on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for them to answer. When Gary finally answered and I explained what had happened he looked up my order and told me that WE had ordered the wrong item! When I said that in fact it is the only flavor she can tolerate and the only flavor we would have ordered, he said the best he could do was to have US pay for the return shipping and they would not charge US for the restocking fee (for this wrong item). It is not worth the money for us to ship it back. ($8) We suspect what happened was they were out of stock on the vanilla mint, because many places were out of stock when my husband was looking, so they just sent us what they had. I would never order from this company again. :(
I was skeptical, but after I spoke with the customer service represenatives, I felt like they were pretty knowlegable. I didnt expect to recieve my order within 2days, nor did i expect free samples and coupons!... I have found my new favorite site
Had I realized 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock, I would not have ordered them. Instead, after my purchase I received a notice that they were on back order. Unfortunately Entirely Pets' new shipping policy, which I now understand should have sent the rest of my in-stock order, failed to activate, so my entire order was held back while I was supposed to wait 2-3 weeks for the 2 backordered items to arrive, and be mailed w the rest of the order. Ahem. I finally e-mailed to say, what the heck? Please mail my in-stock items, and at that point customer service agent Joseph did rectify the situation and mail the items that had been held hostage. He was apologetic and very helpful, so I do give him full credit for that! Meanwhile I did explain to him that problems such as this one are exactly why I rarely order from Entirely Pets any more. Prices are good, but no longer the lowest available online, but they do carry certain items I can't find at the lower-priced online company I now use for most of my pet supplies. So thanks for asking! I'm still waiting for my Pet Tabs and something else - it's been so long now I forget what.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
